Holiday Cottages during this trying Covid19 time. Yes it's frustrating having to wait, but as there are many more people also in the same predicament with holidays needing to be re booked departing earlier than your own, patience is needed! When my "turn" finally came around, the change over was simple and efficient. I managed to speak to a very pleasant young man by phone just before the website was allowing to reschedule as I was worried I wouldn't be able to get the bungalow in Goathland for myself and my 87 year old dad for the only remaining week in June 2021 which was necessary. He swapped it for me straight away and the price had fell by £29 too which was a bonus. Well done Sykes's for your help, the information updated regularly on your website, and of course your customer service team.
