Excellent service from the Holiday Cottages staff during this trying Covid19 time. Yes it's frustrating having to wait, but as there are probably many, many more people also in the same predicament with holidays needing to be re booked and departing earlier than your own, patience is needed! When my "turn" finally came around, the change over was simple and efficient. If I had any small quibble, it was the price had risen a little, and as it is an earlier week newly booked, I was surprised a tad, yet in the big scheme of things not too much to worry about. Well done Holiday Cottages for your help and the information given, updated regularly on your website, and through your customer service team.
