Efficient and competitive. I made a mistake on my original booking which I noticed after I had paid and submitted it. I cancelled it and was immediately refunded. The new booking worked very smoothly. The car hire company they brokered for me in Sicily was also a good service.

Jackie's kids UK is a very misleading brand name and products do not match pictures on the web. Ordered 2 sets of 'restaurant bag' toys - having seen them advertised in a nicely lettered bag. They arrived in a cheap plastic bag, no lettering and very cheap content. I had to email the company to try and return them; stupidly I hadn't read the returns policy and did not realise this would require me to pay postage to China. Although the reply was polite and prompt, the 20% offered in lieu of a straightforward return was not satisfactory. I will not use this company again and do not recommend.

An excellent tour, Rocio was a very informative guide, with energy and enthusiasm adding to her very evident knowledge of the pictures she shared with us - because of her expertise as an art historian. This was our first guided gallery tour; we visit many, but were worried about making sense of one as large as El Prado. I was slightly cynical about going with a tour beforehand - but was totally wrong to be so doubtful. It was great - and really added depth and understanding to the subject matter, composition and context of each picture, and the artists who had painted them. I highly recommend this tour.

Fast, efficient and very good value for booking our holiday insurance cover. It offered a much better price than the companies selected by well-known cost comparison websites. We are an older couple with pre-existing health conditions and Staysure gave us the best quote for cover for certain.

Hastings have managed to demonstrate slow and inept service this year, when dealing with what appeared to be a simple claim. The people I have dealt with have generally been helpful, but the processes are muddled and confused by outsourcing to third parties. Having finally resolved the issues around the claim 3 months ago - and dealt with the conflicting and time-consuming communication around this - I discover today that Hastings has taken 2 payments from my bank account, neither matching my direct debit and totalling over 3 times what my monthly payment should be. No communication; no explanation. Their website is slow and clunky and I cannot find any rationale for this via my on-line account. This is the last straw in what has been a year of frustration where I feel I have had to work harder than Hastings to keep on top of things, which is not an ideal client experience.

Good value for a lovely gold velvet chair - as described. Very simple assembly and clear instructions. Contacted via email to check on progress of order - very early in the morning - had a very helpful reply from Ava by 0800 to answer my query. This is my second order with this company; the first arrived slightly damaged, but once again, the customer service via email and - in that case - phone, at their very helpful suggestion was prompt, efficient and intelligent.

I ordered grouse: great price; great delivery - easy to pre-book on day of choice (unlike other sites I looked at) and, again, at very good price. My email query with questions about how long I could delay cooking birds after delivery (needed to travel to elderly relative 300 miles away) answered swiftly and thoughtfully. Best of all - the tenderest and tastiest grouse I have had the pleasure to cook - and eat. Very well done and thank you.
