I believe they provide an excellent compliant service for a very reasonable fee. I’ve had no complaints from any of the individuals that I place. Keep up the excellent work😊

Complete Scam

Complete Scam, phone calls every day trying to persuade you to invest more money. Decided I wanted to withdraw some money and was told I have to pay them £800 to set this up. Reported to Action Fraud. Stay away please.

I had been away on holiday for 2 weeks and despite being just over the 14 day window for cash refunds Melinda kindly arranged this on this occasion. Wow, what a surprise to be absolutely delighted with my new desk that I ordered from AKD. It’s perfect and amazing quality. There is not a sign of any damage or mark. Despite the shipping delays due to Covid I cannot fault the company. Isobel and Andy kept me informed throughout, how often does that happen these days! Keep up the great work. Kind Regards, Nigel

Absolutely appalling service from this…

Absolutely appalling service from this company. Placed order on the 15th of June for 2 bulk bags of pebbles and it’s now the 9th of July. Despite being given numerous delivery dates nothing ever arrives! They are almost impossible to contact by phone and don’t answer emails. Be warned.

simple things dont work

It’s hopeless even trying to give a meter reading. Have tried a few times online and then get emails saying they cant accept my reading due to a technical problem. Am then told I can phone but the number provided is no longer in use! Does anyone at BG actually do any testing of anything!

whats the difference between easyjet and virgin.

what a joke Virgin holidays are. you can spend a small fortune on your holiday but you can't book your plane seats until you have paid the deposit for the holiday. Too bad if you can't sit together with your wife, you just have to put up with it. Super businessman Branson could learn a lot from Easyjet who do know what customers want. I guess once he has your money why should he care!

DON'T BOTHER WITH THE GIFT ENVELOPE OPTION
This review is not about the actual experience but about the gift envelope and presentation. I purchased a gift experience for my niece for christmas and rather than printing it out at home I decided to tick the option for a gift envelope. Taking this option adds £2.49 to the cost. When it arrived I was very disappointed to find that the packaging was very bland and didn't include any real information or pictures of the experience. I phoned Virgin to pass back my comments and was told that the £2.49 was for postage not for the gift envelope. Since when has an 80g A5 envelope cost £2.49, as far as I am aware its 65p and thats at the standard Post Office rate, Virgin will get a discount anyway for the amount of mail they send. If you don't have a printer then fine, otherwise you are paying £2.49 for something that you can print yourself. Be warned.
