SCAMMERS!

USE MARCO HYDER AT YOUR OWN PERIL!
I ordered a pair of Dune ladies ankle boots, from this company on 02/11/2023, it’s 12/02/2024 now and there is absolutely no sign of my boots. I contacted customer services and was assured they had been shipped but as it was the busy Christmas period there may be a delay. I have contacted customer services several times since and been fobbed off with the same story. I have contacted Royal Mail in the UK and, unsurprisingly, there is absolutely no trace of my parcel. I have now demanded a full refund, but suffice to say I’m not holding my breath. NB THIS COMPANY IS IN CHINA.
