Worst delivery service

No knock at the door.proof of delivery pic on this occasion was stuffed behind a garden bin.other occasion pic was inside drivers car.neither of these pics are proof of delivery to me. Parcel missing! This is the worst delivery service I've ever known

Awful condition but rated good

Ordered pre loved rated as good. All scribbled on tatty and totally unsuitable. Tried twice with no luck to contact a human twice chat bot conversation where I uploaded pics. No response I now have to source elsewhere. Please,respond WOB

Still no contact from WOB I've now had to involve PayPal.ive sent p pal the pictures of the so called "books"

Update.WOB asked for pics which I have sent 4 times now without any more response. WOB why are you not responding and rectifying this @!!

Still no response after I've sent pics of the unreadable books due to scribbles on pages. Disappointed to have wasted time and money with this company . I'd advise people yo steer clear and use a reputable company

Rubbish company

No item delivered no refund forthcoming after several forms completed to instigate it. Terrible service or rather lack of
Afraid it's a section 75 or chargeback now as beauty bay are strangely ignoring refund requests! The account order is 2197712 delivering to SR4 7LH please respond

I've mailed the CEO let's hope he can push things along as Beauty Bay staff don't seem to want to help still no response or offer of assistance Beauty Bay the order number is on my review why can't you refund me after I've waited over 4 weeks for a next day delivery that has not arrived or are you just taking cash and never sending items ??? Well contacting the CEO worked spooky. Refund actioned after a 4 week request. Never again will I order from this company

Full refund instigated by PayPal. This company offers free refunds but never answers your request for process. I'm satisfied I got a full refund via paypal and will stay clear of this false advertising substandard ignorant company

Poor quality no customer service…

Item arrived very poorly made stitching coming away sent 3 mails and a messenger message asking for returns process. No reply. Now involved PayPal to assist me. Company then suddenly got in touch and offered me 20 dollars the shoddy item was 72. Refused just waiting on next steps with PayPal now. Avoid avoid company is a joke

Update. PayPal gave me a full refund after I sent pics of the poor quality clothes.

Nightmare company keep clear

Ordered 2 dresses both arrived faulted. Cus services will not give return process details. They have now blocked me and I've had to raise a claim/case with
PayPal. Feels like a total scam I'd steer well clear.

Update
Full refund now offered after PayPal involvement and a mail Saturday from the company saying they had refunded 67 dollars when in fact they hadn't. Can't believe a company would lie about issuing a refund but I've now experienced it 1st hand
