Good communication from the supplier and items arrived as scheduled. Products well packaged and of good quality.

Not delivered in the time scale. No update given after a delivery time/day passed with no item.replies to mails very slow and didn't address the issue

The company was responsive when they made a minor error, which was cheerfully and quickly remediate. The products they offered were high quality and speedily delivered

Apalling customer service, can't get hold of anyone about an order delivery that's late & more trouble cancelling it too. comm's are useless tbh..
Avoid this company & don't order through Amazon or Robert Dyas either unless you want more hassle.

1.The lap tray or table is very well made bit heavy for an old man.
2.The delivery was very slow

I still haven’t received my package.
On seeing there was a problem with delivery I contacted them by email twice and then by text only to be told that I had to sort out the problem with the courier.
I didn’t book the courier so the courier sent me back to the seller. Still not resolved and I’m out of pocket and inconvenienced with very little to no reassurance or level of customer service. Will definitely not use again or recommend.

The quality of Penguin Home products, especially for induction hobs, is excellent and as advertised. Delivery was quick, but the packaging could be improved—it was too tight, risking damage. One order was delivered to the wrong place despite clear instructions. Overall, a decent experience with room for improvement.
