The delivery guys were lovley and helped me in with the boxes .. only thing it was nearly two weeks from the goods arriving in store till we received them and I was hoping for sooner , but once the system was explained everything worked out great . Can't fault the customer service team. They were fantastic, so helpful and always got back to me quickly, a definitive 5 stars.. Asos is by far the best online company from order to returns. I have premium delivery and works great for me and my husband who likes his designer clothes, my father in law has dementia and needed new clothes so we ordered loads for him in a few orders and the returns process is just great, the money was back in my bank account very quickly. the clothes s that were suitable for him look great.
