High cost of return

I wasn't aware when ordering that the items were coming from the USA so delivery was slow. The item didn't fit which is not unexpected when buying on line but the cost of return to USA was £24 which means I would not order from this website again.

Our gift orders for two Emily Bronte rose plants…

Our gift orders for two Emily Bronte roses were delivered promptly and the recipients were overwhelmed by the beauty of the plants which were flowering and had a gorgeous scent. An outstanding service which I will definitely use again, especially for gifts.

Engineer arrived promptly. Diagnosed and rectified the problem which had been caused during the replacement of a telegraph pole by Openreach on 27th April resulting in no broadband service for 5 days.

In Post is not available in Swanage which has caused a delay in delivery. Mc Colls was the shop indicated by you but they do not do In Post. As a result I cannot post until Saturday 18th when I will be in an area with an InPost locker or shop

Difficulties with tracking

An incorrect postcode so thay I am unable to track my delivery
Not the fault of the supplier as it has happened several times with deliveries from different retailers

Anyvan were extremely efficient, collecting and delivering exactly when expected. They were very polite and took good care of the sofa we needed to be moved. We would definitely use them again should the need arise.
