I have used Trustpilot site a lot of times to do a review and I do know that these reviews get checked. As I wrote a previous review and they thought that I had been told to say what I wrote but I definitely had not. but they did not publish it. I was rather upset at the time but I just let it go. (I must be a good reviewer ) I can honestly say that I do write truthfully good or bad reviews to help others else it is not worth my time writing one.

Personally how much a suite costs these days, it is far too long to have to wait 13 weeks before you get it, then have to pay £120 delivery, and not everybody pays this some do not pay at all. It should be in with the price. Plus making them in England would cut the waiting time down instead of making them in Italy and then waiting till you have a full container load. I must admit I do love my 3 piece suit and it does look stunning Just hope it lasts. (time will tell) Now for the delivery You could not ask for better delivery men (Sean & Deon ) they was very respectable guys nothing was to much trouble for them respected my home and was very professional doing their job. Well done guys, as I respect that this job is hard and heavy work and I thank you so much.

The delivery driver James Anderson was very polite and professional delivering my new freezer couldn't do enough to help even took the packaging off and took box away, put my freezer were I wanted it with no hesitation .Been any easy purchase from start to finish keeping you informed all the way. Would recommend this company.

I have used chubby since 2017 and found there bird food very competitive with the price and the birds just love the mealworms they can't get enough

Sold and brought a car off Cinch and it was fine, every thing went smoothly. The delivery man Jamie Hyatt went above and beyond telling me every thing about my car as It was an automatic which I have never had one of these cars always been a manual one. He was so helpful

From selling my car on line off Cinch to buying one off cinch, it was a great experience everything was straight forward. They kept me informed all the way through to the actual time of the delivery. When the delivery man came a Kevin Delpinto he was a very polite and professional gentleman he took me through all the procedure nothing was to much trouble even though it was pouring down with rain when inspecting the car. this is my second time buying off Cinch and if need be I would defiantly use these again thank you so much Mrs Iris Richards

To receive my new car policy it took almost 4hrs yesterday 20/05/2024 it would not let me pay for my car insurance it kept rejecting my info, eventually after pulling my hair out I managed to pay for it. I even tried the phone line number that it gives you, and I had no satisfaction there either, it just says to go on line Once I managed to pay, everything went smoothly

I have used Yours ever since it started on line and that is many years ago now, I had a few hiccups at beginning with orders not coming on time, but I did find out in the end that it was the carriers fault and not Yours. I did have a top missing from my order recently and when I phoned customer services I was not very happy as all they said was that it was in my order and I did not get reimbursed for it. the parcel was ripped when I received it but that is the delivery company for not putting tape on it, that happens to lots of parcel from different companies and I blame there Hubs for letting them come out ripped! I have never had any trouble ordering, or any payments go missing and always I have had confirmation in my Email A very good company to use as I have said I have used Yours for years and years on line

Received my Vauxhall Mokka to day and I was well pleased with the hand over, first Cinch kept me informed from start to finish. The day when my vehicle was coming I had a phone call from the person that was delivering it is name is called Wesley just to tell me the time I should be expecting my car and he was bang on time very professional and polite And thanks Cinch for the welcome gift a very nice touch. Cannot say at this moment in time about car as I have not had it long enough but it looked as nice as the photo and the description was spot on. well done Cinch

Peugeot boxer camper van 2005 brought front mat with edged trimming, and it fitted like a glove. I am very highly satisfied with the company. Delivery quicker than the expected due date. Will use CAR MATS UK again if needed too

what a fab piece of furniture. only one improvement I would suggest is to add glass knobs on the cupboard doors, so you are not touching the glass every time that you open cupboard doors (the doors push in to release the catch). From ordering to delivery every thing was spot on great delivery men nothing was to much trouble for them well done guys, I did not realize how heavy this tv unit with fire was, it is over 14 stone. Would use this company again I am a very happy customer.

What a lovely piece of furniture this tiffany french mirrored tv unit is, I am very pleased with it from the ordering to the delivery cannot fault CFS. it is all ready built up for you, which is a good thing you just have to screw the glass knobs on that simple. the top of the unit is mirrored also side and drawers. I was a bit dubious at first about buying this with it being glass, but I needed not to be as it came very very well packed. Customer Service was great also nothing too much trouble for them

Appliances Direct are great from start to finish no fuss, kept you informed right up to the delivery day and time .the two young delivery men was very helpful indeed as they went that extra mile It was too large with the package on, so they unpacked it for me and then it went through door ok. Which a lot of delivery people would have left it for me to unpack I appreciated this as I am a lady in my late sixties. Fridge is as it shows in photo lots of shelf room plus two large drawers, water dispenser is ideal, well thought out as you still have a shelf above it. no dents or scratches on appliance Perfect. I have used Appliances Direct before and will use again if I need to

Two really great guys nothing to much trouble for them. Had their masks on at all time and kept their distance,as they should also kept me in the loop with the delivery slot and was bang on time.Just hope my oven is as good when I have opened it up! Thank you so much.

had accident Sunday tea-time. Monday morning i had a phone call from Easi-Drive spoke to a very polite gentleman called Steve he was very patient and every question i asked he replied in a very professional manner. My car was unroadworthy and was needed for work that evening. By 2.30 pm same day i had a rental car off Easi Drive delivered to my home from Manchester too Chesterfield , that is what i call a professional business well done Easi-Drive i believe a lot of companies could take a leaf out of your company, as life would be so simpler,very well run firm. thank you, much appreciated.
