Good product (have used previously) terrible shipping and no customer service response. Ordered mouth strips over three weeks ago and they have not arrived. It says 7 to 12 days shipping for outside UK. Emailed company and have had no response from them. Would not recommend

Just cancelled my home insurance policy. Renewal quote was extortionate €609 (after no claims discount) with crazy increase. Best offer was a €60 reduction that would still have meant a premium of €558 on a standard 3 bed semi. Moved to Allianz who gave me identical level of cover for €360. There is no reward for years of customer loyalty with AXA. Avoid.

Great company to deal with. I had an issue with the delivery of the dress I ordered and when notified, unasked they resent it via courier at additional cost to themselves. Amazing customer service and I couldn't be happier with the dress itself which was ordered for my wife to be, to wear for our wedding. Absolutely recommend Dolly and Dotty both for the quality of the dress and their brilliant customer care.

I cancelled my account online a week ago. You receive no response to show you have submitted your request via the online cancellation form. I have been direct messaging via twitter and was told 48 hours, then 5 days and still nothing to confirm my request. This is just yet another example of the absolutely horrendous service Virgin media have provided during our unfortunate time with them. The final insult was notification of them increasing their price in July of this year by €4. Bringing it to €71 euro a month for less than 500 mbs of broadband only. Speed tests constantly showed way less then this and we had frequent outrages and dropped connections. Extremely unreliable especially as needed for work. Switched to SIRO with Vodafone. Do far excellent customer service and 1 GB of fibre for €45 a month. My advice to anyone would be to stay away as we have only ever had negative experiences with Virgin. Over priced, unreliable and brutal customer service. Would give zero stars if it were an option.

Ordered 6 bottles of Godello wine on May 25th. Received notification they were unavailable on May 31st and was offered a refund or alternative wine. I promptly requested a refund. Still waiting and it's now June 17th and no communication regarding refund. Case now escalated with PayPal and also reported to Trusted Shops. An hour after contacting PayPal I received a mail saying I'd be refunded as soon as possible but am still waiting. Avoid purchasing anything from this company as it is a nightmare. Google is full of poor reviews for similar issues. Would give zero stars if possible.

Always fast delivery

Ordered an oscillating tower fan that was due for delivery by July 21st. Didn't expect it to arrive on bang on that date but today is August 16th and still no sign of it. Contacted seller 10 days ago and was told there had been an issue but I could expect it in 5 days. Still not here and no reply to my most recent email. Do not buy the deal for the Tower Fan sent by Woucher as service is terrible.

Worst Internet service I have ever had the misfortune to pay for. Day after day of no service or constantly dropping connection. Atrocious customer service. Broadband speeds are an utter joke, brutally slow and can't even watch Netflix since new Smart update was pushed down recently without buffering. Deny faults exist even when you have no internet. Stock response is reboot modem which never fixed anything. Overpriced, unreliable, utterly shambolic service that is not fit for purpose. End up hotspotting off my phone more often then not these days. Avoid at all costs. I'm now in the process of changing providers as service is so awful.
