Great food but.. subscription function and delivery is awful, customer service quality poor
We have previously given you 4 stars, but need to reduce this to 3 because of all the issues we have with our orders. I would guess that many like us don't have unlimited freezer space, hence it is really hard ot have a big bunch of extra packs in the freezer just in case something is messed up with the next delivery.
I am listing the issues we have encountered below below:
- They raise prices without informing you or asking for your consent. This even caused one of our payments to fail.
- Subscriptions: You cannot amend the subscriptions but you have to cancel and then create a new one.
- They charge you at different times depending on different factors, so if you are wishing a next day delivery (as I presume all do) you need to ensure that you place the order before lunch or have them amend the payment manually for you. So if you have contacted them to say you want the payment to be done before lunch and then you are forced to create a new subscription you need to remember this on your own. And if they raise the prices so that your payment fails, this will also move your payment time by 12 hours and next time round you wont get next day delivery because of it. This is what just happened to us.
- They don't contact you with anything if payments fail, you need to figure it out on your own.
- They have a function on site to try pay again that does not work, so you have no choice but to wait 12 hours until they try charging you again, resulting in no next day delivery.
- When contacting the customer support they just send you a link to their FAQ (which I assume no one reads on a monthly basis) and amend the time of payment again. They don't even apologies for the inconvenience. I know silly of me, but I'd expect them to take the feedback and use it to improve their flows.
They keep us because we have not yet found an equivalent product for our dog who has a sensitive stomach. But as soon as we do we will be going elsewhere. Naturaw would be unbeatable if they just did simple imporvements to their digital product and I'm not sure why they insist on leaving things as is. Or maybe we are the only confused people out there, hence they are neither nice to us, nor care for the feedback.
