Great food but.. subscription function and delivery is awful, customer service quality poor

We have previously given you 4 stars, but need to reduce this to 3 because of all the issues we have with our orders. I would guess that many like us don't have unlimited freezer space, hence it is really hard ot have a big bunch of extra packs in the freezer just in case something is messed up with the next delivery.

I am listing the issues we have encountered below below:
- They raise prices without informing you or asking for your consent. This even caused one of our payments to fail.
- Subscriptions: You cannot amend the subscriptions but you have to cancel and then create a new one.
- They charge you at different times depending on different factors, so if you are wishing a next day delivery (as I presume all do) you need to ensure that you place the order before lunch or have them amend the payment manually for you. So if you have contacted them to say you want the payment to be done before lunch and then you are forced to create a new subscription you need to remember this on your own. And if they raise the prices so that your payment fails, this will also move your payment time by 12 hours and next time round you wont get next day delivery because of it. This is what just happened to us.
- They don't contact you with anything if payments fail, you need to figure it out on your own.
- They have a function on site to try pay again that does not work, so you have no choice but to wait 12 hours until they try charging you again, resulting in no next day delivery.
- When contacting the customer support they just send you a link to their FAQ (which I assume no one reads on a monthly basis) and amend the time of payment again. They don't even apologies for the inconvenience. I know silly of me, but I'd expect them to take the feedback and use it to improve their flows.

They keep us because we have not yet found an equivalent product for our dog who has a sensitive stomach. But as soon as we do we will be going elsewhere. Naturaw would be unbeatable if they just did simple imporvements to their digital product and I'm not sure why they insist on leaving things as is. Or maybe we are the only confused people out there, hence they are neither nice to us, nor care for the feedback.

Further to our telephone call last week we confirmed that due to a system error your automatic price rise email had not been received and therefore the difference was refunded for your previous order - and the email resent successfully.

We completely understand your frustration with the website and the subscription functionality, you are not alone! We have taken on all customer feedback and are currently in the middle of a large project refreshing and updating our website - it will be much more user friendly, subscription alterations can be made, and we are hoping a set time for renewals also. This is hoping to be live by the end of September. In the mean time however, if you want to alter your subscription there is no need to cancel your current one, please simply pop the customer service team a message and we will alter it for you, and message you back to confirm the changes. We have invested in our customer service team and continue to do so, as you can see from the vast majority of other reviews, our team provide a quick and friendly service. Going forward hopefully you will feel as important to us as we know you are - but please, if you have any issues do not hesitate to contact us and we will be happy to help.

Not refunding cancelled fligth and no…

Not refunding cancelled fligth and no way to contact them.
Our flight was cancelled on March 21st 2025 due to the fires next to Heathrow. We were put on a really shitty 12 hour travel time from London to Stockholm the next day, with layover in Copenhagen. We declined and cancelled this trip, booked another flight from Stansted. I got 2 confirmation emails that it was cancelled and the site confirmed it. I still haven't heard anything from SAS, nor have they refunded me.
I've tried their chat, which does not redirect you to a human no matter how hard you try, it actually ends up breaking itself. I have been in their looooong phone line many times now, without ever getting to a human. After a long wait I always get disconnected. I have tried putting in a claim form to SAS, but have had no response on that either.

I have now had to escalate my case to CAA for help.

The food is the BEST for our dog but delivery is too much manual things to consider…

The food is great for our dog but their "next day delivery" system is quite confusing and leaves the customer to think a bit too much. I never consider what time of day I set up a subscription and that depending on this I get next day delivery or not, don't see how anyone actually wants it that way.

This information is available on site in FAQ etc, but as an existing customer that then have to make a new susbcription in order to make any changes I wont be remembering to check this + I don't want to postpone my changes so that I do it at the right time of the day. It just seems like a very inconvenient type of feature.

They've also not been overly friendly when contacting them about these things and just copy paste the FAQ and that's that.

They have by far the best food for our greyhounds sensitive stomach so they win big on this. Just wish they'd be a bit friendlier and maybe considered some of the feedback given a few times at least.

Great value and quality

Great value and quality. The pots and pans we have bought has been steel or granite and they are great, durable and also very easy to clean/use. All to very reasonable prices. Never had any hassles with orders and have made 3 so far over the last year.

It's a hit and miss with dpd

It's a hit and miss with dpd. I think they need to work on their work environment as several times we've had deliverers taking photos and marking as delivered when in fact they ran out of time and didn't even deliver.

Angus and Felix are great!

We've had most our contact with Felix and Angus when renting and they're always really accommodating, helpful and clear in communication. Made our renting so much easier and anxiety free. So thanks a lot for that!

Some feedback to Savills though - if you change staff that is responsible for certain things, make sure you have a system in place for this, as this caused us to get no response for quite some time until we started reaching out to more contact points.

Varning: Nekar uttag från sparkonto till samma konto jag satt in med!!!

Jag har deras kreditkort och börjande använda deras sparkonto för ett tag sen, då de erbjöd bäst sparränta. Aldrig haft problem med någon av dem tills dess att jag ville ta ut pengar från sparkontot.

I början av september gjorde jag uttag till samma konto som jag satt in med, men fick hela tiden felmeddelande att det var fel uppgifter. Först försökte jag ringa Morrow men kopplades bort hela tiden, detta hände flera dagar i rad tills jag gav upp.
Skickade meddelande via mina sidor och förklarade att det inte funkar, men jag har inget annat konto. Fick otrevliga och ohjälpsamma svar som sa "du gör nått fel" och det var det.
Försökte ringa igen, kom inte fram.
Skickade ett meddelande igen, samma svar otrevliga svar.
Skapade ett ärende om att avsluta mitt konto, inget svar.
Ringde i början förra veckan, kom äntligen fram till en trevlig person som faktiskt verkade hjälpsam. Väntade länge tills dess att jag fick svar att ja, det verkar vara ett tekniskt fel och de ska lösa det. Blev lovad svar inom ett par dagar.
Ingen uppdatering ännu.

Nu har jag väntat en månad på att få ut mina pengar och inte kommit någonstans. Om jag inte har fått mina pengar nästa vecka kommer jag skapa ett ärende på ARN för 150kr och begära att Morrow Bank betalar detta.

Jag skulle säga att om du inte desperat vill ha de där extra 0.5% i sparränta så skulle jag aldrig öppna ett konto här, utan ta sbab, klarna eller avanza som är supersmidiga att använda för att ta ut sina pengar.

The mirror is really nice

We ordered the big full body mirror for our office.

The mirror is really nice. It's not as "sturdy hard" as other big mirrors we've owned, but then I believe the price reflects that. If you need something heavier you need to pay more - so this is great for the little money you pay. And if you hang it on the wall you wont notice.

Great quality garments, but inconsistent sizing

Omnes does very nice quality clothes, that, when they fit, fits really nicely. I have two pair of trousers from here that are currently my most used trousers.

I've read a few reviews here now and would like to say regarding some comments from people.

RETURNS: I've done 2 returns so far and had no issues. The last one I do believe they forgot to issue, but I emailed them after 10 days and within a few hours there was a response and the refund was done. I was not ignored at all and their customer service is very friendly.

SIZING: I agree with some commentors in here that their sizing is very inconsistent and don't fit their sizing chart at all. They should consider having custom size charts for their trousers at least. Sometimes a 10 is too big and sometimes I am too big for a 12. So far I have only bought pants from here so can't comment on any other garments. The sizing is the reason I do not give 5 stars.

Nice welcome offer, but I find the site and bet builder to be pretty bad

I thought the welcome offer for the euros were really nice. The odds are good.
I don't think the bet builder options are very good or flexible. In those cases I find Sky Bet to be much better. Find their T&Cs to be rather confusing or maybe it is because they are more complex than other sites. The site is quite slow and it often lags and I get an error and logged out, which is why I will never bet live here. Only used this for the euros so far.

Great quality and a design that is thought through

I now own two Ölend bags and I think this is now my favourite brand when it comes to bags. The design is unique and the quality is great. On top off that they've also managed to make them very comfortable and good to use.

Easy to order and very well communicated in terms of delivery and updates.

Will surely be getting more items from them!

Works fine

I think it works fine, but having the metal front right on the clothes does make me uncomfortable though so I am hesitant to use it on more fragile garments.

It takes a lot of work to use this on heavier clothes though as the steamer is a bit "weak" in that sense.

Kort och sparkonto funkar fint!

Tror att många här blandar ihop Komplett Bank och deras shopping-sida. Den sistnämna har jag aldrig använt.
Men kreditkortet fungerar perfekt, inga problem med att använda bonusen på fakturor. Det enda är väl att deras verifiering vid online-shopping är lite tradig, men hellre säker. Däremot vet jag inget om att jämföra avgifter och ränta då jag inte använder mitt kreditkort på det sättet.
Jag använder även deras räntesparkonto då det är det jag hittat med bästa ränta och även det funkar jättebra.

Så tycker inte det finns något att klaga på.

This is a fraud company

This is a fraud company it sounds like. I had the same experience as so many others. Made an order, got a confirmation email and never heard from them again. I have reached out on every email and social plattform I could.

They say it takes up to 20 work days, and I made my order end of October. There is no response from them.

Now I am in contact with my bank to see how we can cancel the payment to them.

UPDATE 9/3-23: There is an EU organ called ECC which can help to contact authorities locally regarding this, I'm in touch with them. I have also successfully processed a chargeback with my bank. So I recommend anyone who has been tricked to do the same if you can.

Also NOTE, they have changed their name to Matcha Supply Shop. Very suspicious.
