The food is the BEST for our dog but delivery is too much manual things to consider…
The food is great for our dog but their "next day delivery" system is quite confusing and leaves the customer to think a bit too much. I never consider what time of day I set up a subscription and that depending on this I get next day delivery or not, don't see how anyone actually wants it that way.
This information is available on site in FAQ etc, but as an existing customer that then have to make a new susbcription in order to make any changes I wont be remembering to check this + I don't want to postpone my changes so that I do it at the right time of the day. It just seems like a very inconvenient type of feature.
They've also not been overly friendly when contacting them about these things and just copy paste the FAQ and that's that.
They have by far the best food for our greyhounds sensitive stomach so they win big on this. Just wish they'd be a bit friendlier and maybe considered some of the feedback given a few times at least.
