Horrible customer service. If you have hours to spare ringing, live chat and downloading app that doesn't work, feel free. They marked my delivery as carded when we were in the whole day and have a working bell, and my wife was working from home and sees the door and driveway all the time. You cannot contact them at all and I even contacted the seller to find something out and they couldn't either. Worst courier I have experienced.
