My second sale through Motorway, going strong good service

The shop used to be good. The problem is not the brexit shipping blockade, the problem is how they handle the bad situations. My order was split into 2 parcels and one got to me about 2 weeks later, the other was returned to seller. A month later I am still trying to get the rest of my parts, they start to ask me the same questions of compatibility with my car as if this is a fresh order. I think the staff they hire to handle the order process are not very bright if they can't understand I have not received the parts and I am just trying to finalise initial order. I am not saying I will not use this shop again, but my expectation are next to none. To be honest I am disappointed because it used to be a good online shop. It is a shame they invested so much in a phone app, however they were more professional years ago when they were simpler.
They are based in Germany, and EU is throwing 🔧in the wheels as well.
Edit: the autodoc team reached out to me and apologised for the situation, which for me clearly shows a step into the right direction, also offered me a voucher for a future purchase. I am pleased of how they handled the situation.

Very poor customer service, upon refusing to help me over the phone with my order, I am now waiting hours for no available staff in their shop. They are wasting my life because of their incompetence, it looks like all their staff must have very low level IQ in order to be employed at them. Sometime it feels like you are talking with a robot, keep repeating the same answer, no managers available when you ask to speak with someone else. I would give 0 if possible, not just poor service but also upsetting and frustrating. Order 428781165, just in case you are wondering whom have you managed to upset. I will avoid in future.

I bought a set of 4 tyres Pirelli for my motorhome, the service was impeccable but the tyres were one and half year old, my motorhome will need new tyres in 3 years not 5. So i give you 3 star as i paid full normal price, not the outlet for old tyres price.

Hi, I was initially reserved about this shop because of all the bad reviews, but I have ordered and received the full package for a Ducato set ( the infotainment unit + extension pioneer rgb cable + 2 din adaptors and brackets + colour instruction). This is a complete kit for the Fiat Ducato at a fraction of the cost from other websites, I highly recommend anyone to use with trust this shop, I am delighted with the product and I feel I got a really good deal as well.

Perfect service, I was contacted multiple times along the process to confirm the sale, I sold my car for a price higher than offered initially by onyone else.

The service is good, it is true to the advertising. But the complicated process to get what it was so aggressively advertised as a wow deal gave me the bitter after taste. The cashback process could have been made so easy, and in fact, just discount each month automatically, rather than pay massive bills every month and get an 80£ cashback every now and then, I still don't know if i had claimed all or missed some cashback (if you don't apply for cashback when is due time is lost). I think this would qualify for a 2-3 star service but is my own fault to have gotten into this so I take my full responsibility, from their point of view it is an exceptional 5star service. So I gave it the 4 stars. It is not the services that look after you, that is clear. They will not send reminders to claim the cashback either, even if is not an automated cashback process they could at least send reminders to claim it manually when is time to do so. I don't know when is time, and i bought two contracts, so i might miss out on a lot of money.

Fast delivery, fair pricing and genuine items. It is safe to purchase from this store, what you see is what you pay for, which in these days is very rare. I recommend this store.

Auction site that present items like ex displays or new but are heavly used, past the point of reselling. Also the stuff handles the items not carefull. Some items become defective between the starting point of auction to collectioon time. The only thing worth buying are probably carpets, rugs, and items that are very resitant to mechanical damage. I tried to start up a businesa buying and reselling from JP but i just lost a lot of money on junk items.
Fake and untrue presentation. I wonder if bidders would be interested in heavily used and filthy grills ?! No. But when presented like display models they are, imagine the surprise to see a used grill and scratched on the inside basically worthless.

The glasses came in fast even though it was with prescription, just four days after the order, the price was the best on the market. Overall I am super please with the service, and I think I made the perfect choice to buy from Fashion Eyewear, and I think I will order some more with coloured lense.

There were sone delays, but it was due to resonable medical resons.

Vaillant are reliable and smart boilers, those who blame these boilers are usually lazy installers that don't comission it properly and have dirty systems. Easy to install and easy to service and diagnose, I would put them in the first 5 boilers manufacturers.
