Scammers

Scammers! Any bag with a weight over 4kg is beeing charged at 70GBP. When checking in it only specifies the size limits for a handbag (hidden weight information or implied 10kg). I will make a complaint!

No customer service at all. Shocking really

This review is for the customer service, not for the actual vehicle. Before buying a Jeep i recommend to try speaking with the Jeep direct customer service. Shocking experience for me, I couldn't belive it. A bored girls answered with "Yeah..." and eventually just hang up while I was trying to explain why I called.

Disappointed

I bought maybe 5 batteries in total from Tayna, but their batteries are old I have received batteries with 70% life left in them, 500-600A(en) out of 700-800. I tried to return one and I end up paying 25£ shipping to re returned a faulty battery as they said it was just a bit uncharged. These are AGM batteries and some vehicles are very sensitive to a faulty one, and can trow all sorts of codes. I offered them the chance to step up and they returned that battery back. I am writing this review maybe a year after this incident, and since I have used my local shop to get batteries. So beware, the smaller price might get you an old battery unit. It will probably last you a year or so 😀 don't bother sending batteries back, they won't replace it.

Bought it, tried it, returned it. Karcher was TOP in dealing with it.

I ordered some cleaning machines and even though it wasn't to my liking, karcher refunded me fully for the machines. I buy with the trust that behind stands a company with a good name behind that is not afraid to loose a sale when the product doesn't meet expectations. And as a tip for Karcher, I think they can step up and make even better products that last much longer. Going cheap plastic is not the way, in the long run it will do more harm than good.

valve unfair matchmaking

I am writing this review because i have been my whole life a big fan of DOTA game, dota 1 i played it until was deleted by platforms to allow the dota2 on valve platform to grow. This is an unfair platform. If you do not buy expensive experience they won't allow you to grow in MMR based on your own game quality. You will be constantly paired with fresh new players that make you lose game after game until u reach starting point to start again. I have decided to quit this game now, is not possible to play and be treated fairly.

Terrible attitude towards customers.

I have decided to buy my first watch, and considering that Rolex keeps their value in time, I have decided to look into this. I went to the Mall and the watch shop that are selling Rolex watches they said they do not sell any watches at the moment. They said they only receive a very small number of watches to sell, however their shop is pristine and looks expensive to run. And this made me think that they can afford to loose all this money because their profit margins is so great. Basically Rolex is a non-profit organisation and they must spend all their profits. Very poor customer service. And also with this attitude they have alienated me from the brand. I think I will buy Omega instead. Or maybe a Tudor. However, Rolex, just a bad taste in my mouth after dealing with them. I also enquired online and received the answer that the watches from Rolex are only for returning customers. How many submariners can one person get? Or maybe they endorse the grey market. I won't buy, period. I won't buy now, when I am just starting to make money, and I won't buy when I will have plenty for a Patek. I just won't buy ever after this, I despise the attitude; they won't sell it to new customers? Why? 1 star to much. Also the built quality is poor compared to a grand seiko.

I really hope DFDS will read this…

I really hope DFDS will read this review. The ferry ride was ok, but when it comes to diner i would be more happy to buy a asda chiken then the powerful herbs aromatic meat with chips they offer for 12£. And the bathrooms are so bad, the only one toilet available was so soiled of poo and urine i would prefer to poo myself than use those facilities.

sucks to be hsbc customer

ok, so here i am trying to pull a warning signal for HSBC if they even care for this review system. I need to pay for my new van, i am unbale to do it, i waited over 1h30min on the phone listening to the same message that my call is important but nobody bothered to pick up and answer. I am unable to pay for the van, you just suck at customer service.
