Return does not mean Unauthorized Re-Order

I requested and obtained a return on my order for a " happy return" dropped off at UPS on 7/21 for $385.84 ( 3 dresses and 1 t-shirt)
Now I see they have used my credit and have issued an unauthorized re-order using my credit card for (3 more dresses ) on order #100000531578 for
$33.69 for the sales tax????
Scam company! No phone number, no one to contact except thru an email? Shady business!!!

What is going on???
I will call my credit card company and dispute this if I do not receive my original credit refund asap!!!

Bought 3 dresses

Bought 3 dresses. Cheap material, did not fit properly, looked better in pictures. I asked for a return label to send back for a refund my $163.00 purchase. (they offer 30 day money back guarantee). What a joke!
I received the following basically telling me they will charge me in return shipping more than my total refund amount? They coerce you into accepting a 10% credit of your total purchase and keep the items?

Buyer beware!!!!

In 2 months I made 3 separate purchases of significant prices. The easiest part of the transaction was my paying for each item. Shipping is horrible and no shipping information is accurate. All my purchases stated signature required upon delivery.. what a joke!!!! All my purchases were just left on my front porch, not even a knock on my door. I was out of town and fortunately have cameras. "vetted sellers", is nonexistent with 1st Dibs. Every purchase did not come as stated online, missing and different from what I purchased. 1st Dibs is customer service is useless, you end up doing all follow thru. I am returning my recent purchase as it is not the correct length, no chain extender, no certificate of authentication for the emerald and was 14 days late from the date it was to ship and be delivered.

Purchase cones with attached security tag

I order online to avoid visiting a Macy's store. Today I received an online order that was sent from the Fountain Valley Macy's with the security senso tag still attached???? Obviously no one heard the alarm when it left the store??? I called customer service, spoke to supervisor Ella who did not seem to concerned telling me to go to a store to have it removed? The whole reason for ordering online for delivery is to avoid visiting a store! Pathetic service. No wonder Macy's is failing!!!

Bought the highest price unlimited car…

Bought the highest price unlimited car wash package when Bliss opened its new location on Grand Avenue in Covina, CA.

After months of visiting for car washes, scratches started to be visible on the sides of my car, roof and trunk hood. My husband suggested I contact Bliss. They asked that I visit the Grand location to discuss with a team member. I immediately canceled my membership and did visit and was told that they have had many customers bring the same damage to their attention since they opened 6 months ago.
They said they can fix for me but I must file a claim with all my insurance & personal information.
I got a call from Bliss afterwards and they told me to look for a email follow up on this claim.
Much to my surprise, they are a scam, leading honest people on regarding damage to vehicles as a result of their sub- par equipment. They decline all claims after all the rhetorical and fake interest.
Buyer beware!!!! I miss the original Covina car wash that was in this location for many years. Never, ever had damage from them.
Beware of Bliss!!! They are horrible!!!!

I placed 3 orders prior to…

I placed 3 orders prior to Thanksgiving, for delivery in December for Christmas.
2 orders were delivered, but I keep getting emails telling me that my choice will not arrive as scheduled and when I pick a replacement, no one acknowledges my change of selection to insure prompt arrival? Hold times on the phone are 3 hours long!!! I will NEVER use them again!!! BTW, I have used them in years in the past with no problems, but this year is a joke!!!

DHL EXPRESS PATHETIC CARRIER

My package was shipped from the UK. Required a signature at delivery. What should take 1 day to deliver took 5 days!!! Customer service/ tracking information kept stating on the truck, out for delivery when it had not even cleared customs? Than I was given a window of 2:30-4:30pm for the delivery so I would be home to sign for the package. No one showed up, yet at 5:21pm DHL sent me an email stating " sorry we missed you" please arrange redelivery"? My husband & I were home the entire time and we have cameras on our house that proved a DHL No Show.
When I called Customer Service in Costa Rica, the agent advised that delivery state your not home all the time when it's not accurate or they don't want to deliver? Finally, the next day I receive notification that the delivery will be 3pm- 5pm. Then later in thr evening we noticed on our cameras a DHL truck had been at our home....no doorbell or knock. The driver just left the package in the middle of out front porch visible to the street. No signature was given or anything? The driver managed to stay clear not to be photographed at out front porch but we clearly could see him run back to his truck clearly after just throwing the package on our front porch. Lucky we have cameras or we never would have known it was delivered and could possibly bern stolen this holiday time of year. When I demanded a copy of the delivery paperwork that I was suppose to sign, the driver put, " company stamp"! I am not a company and never signed for my package which was paid extra for that service! I have requested a supervisor from DHL call me and so far that has fallen on deaf ears!!@
Pathetic Service, shady drivers, fabrication of communication. I would highly advise using another carrier, there are many out there that are trust worthy!!!

I never received this order of 6/4!!
I have been tracking this order since the due date of 6/14.
I have submitted requested updates and received No phone calls or updates!
I have been lied to my numerous times by customer service agents about the whereabouts of my order.
This is the worst customer service ever!!!!
Now I get notice that you have received " my return"?????? I never got the package, how did I return it?????

I need answers from someone in the US and not lies from someone in the Phillipines!!!
I will never order or shop with Banana Republic again!!!

Don't buy from this company!

I made the mistake of ordering a ring and specifically requested in writing I wanted 6 prongs on the ring.
For as long as it took and the constant updates of the progress of my ring. It arrived wrong!!!! Only 4 prongs, so I contacted Sateur and asked for a return label for either the ring to be fixed or a refund. They replied with 1 option, A credit with their company for a future purchase. Why would I buy from a company that instructed me on that they could/ would make the ring with 6 prongs by request. I requested, they did not do it, now won't refund my money???? This is a Scam if I have ever seen one. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM SATEUR!!! They will not back up their merchandise once they have your money!!! Order #ST59435] (September 19, 2023)

Buy at your own RISK

Mercari is a haven for Counterfeit…

Mercari is a haven for Counterfeit merchandise! I cannot believe all the fake Gucci. David Yurman, Louis Vuitton.
I purchased a pair of David Yurman earrings after congirming with the seller that they were real.
I took them to my jewler upon receipt for insurance appraisal to find out they were fake!!!
It happened several times with different purchases. Although Mercari touts they supervise this activity, they are doing nothing about it?
I even sent them notes for their supposed "experts", advising them on the tell tale signs to look at on these counterfeit items, but that fell on def ears.
They got tired of hearing from me point out to them all the counterfeit merchandise and closed my account?????? Buyer beware if you want to buy "authentic" merchandise!!

Anything for a sale

Owner of a estate business in Dallas was selling a CoCo brown Freshwater pearl 3 strand necklace on Poshmark claiming it was custom made and designed for Miss Universe. So I purchased the necklace. When I received it, the color was gray and loriann schmidt refused to disclose who made the necklace or which Miss Universe it was made for? Also it was cheap, so she lied about the background of the necklace and it must have been stolen if she would not back up her claims in her description in her ad. The only accurate part of this is that it is a necklace. I am having my own sources look into this issue, because as although I asked to return it, Poshmark took too long opening their emails to find my request to return!!! So Poshmark allows and supports inaccurate, fake and dishonest practices on their site. I had purchased a 2nd necklace at the same time from the same person. Paid for it and was waiting for it to be shipped since she did not offer to ship both items together. I than got a note from her that the 2nd necklace she had at a show at her sons school and it got stolen and she was refunding me for it?
Shady as can be!!I have also shown Poshmark the numerous sites with the same picture and different names selling fake Van Cleef Alhambra jewelry. Poshmark has done nothing to eliminate all the fakes on this site!!!

Bank of Absolutely Nothing!!!!

Bank of Absolutely Nothing!!!!! I received a letter dated 4/5 for Unclaimed Property from back in 2018 on 4/13. I called to claim my money on 4/13. They advised me it would be 10-15 business days to receive my check. That is when the SCAM starts!!!! I called back after 27 business days to inquire on the status of my check? I was told it was requested on 4/14 as a result of my call on 4/13 but never actually sent??? So after 4 calls, transferred to people at Bank of America who had no clue what letter I was referring to, I got to a supervisor in the escalation dept. She said she would issue me a debit card that I could take into any branch and cash out my money without any fees! I received the card in the mail, went to my nearby Bank of America branch, into teller, Flora who said unless I withdrew a minimum of $2500.00 on the card, she could not help me? The balance was a fraction of that amount???? Feeling humiliated, I went to my car, called the 800 number inwhich I was advised by another employee to drive up to the atm and use the atm to withdraw without a fee. The Atm would not allow me to withdraw from a Bank of America Visa card without charging me a fee? So th he employee on the phone said, "just withdraw from your own bank" inwhich I told her I should not be paying a fee!! Then I was transferred to a supervisor in the escalation dept. Where a supervisor was going to issue a wedtern union cash payment to me and after 30 minutes on the phone we got disconnected and she did not attempt to call me back? After several attempts, I got in
touch with another very helpful supervisor in escalation who was getting western Union set up but Western union was refusing to waive their fees for my situation with Bank of America. After a hold on the line, a guy named Keith was put on the phone claiming he was a supervisor in the unclaimed property dept. He said because I had accepted the debit card, I was unable to receive my funds via Western Union,(not what 2 other supervisors said), I could go to an Atm and withdraw 1/4th of the money owed to me because the balance owed to me will be eaten up in fees to get my money????SCAM!!!!
Bank of America was awarded a government campaign for EDD and have screwed so many Americans with all their fees to get the money due to unemployed people. This bank should be closed down for unethical business practices, bait & switch etc....Biggest Red Flag for the government to investigate on a large scale!!!

This company should be shut down

This company should be shut down! They cannot keep up with the times even in the area of simple customer service etc.
At the Gavin Road location in Bellevue,Ne I walked up to the front main check out counter, and the androgynous person is standing there playing games on their cellphone? I had to tell her I was ready to check out? I was the only one in line? She than laid her cellphone down so all could see she was in the middle of playing a game? Must be nice that Walgreens pays employees to play on their phones and collect a paycheck? Then I placed an online order for a disabled relative across the country to be delivered to their home. I placed the order on 4/2 and got FedEx confirmation of delivery on 4/12 that it was delivered. Only to get an email on 4/13 (today) from Walgreens stating I had been given a full refund for my order of 11 days ago???? I called Walgreens customer service to be informed that my original order was damaged and returned to Walgreens. Instead of Walgreens expediting a replacement order they just issue a refund? I spoke to the escalation dept. only to be informed that the escalation dept. no longer offers expedited shipping even for their errors. I already waited 11 days, now if I
re-order it will take a minimum of another 5 days. That is a total of 16 days for laundry detergent, dish detergent and body wash? I was ordering from Walgreens only because they always ship items to this relative without incident. But after all the business I have given them they made no effort to help me get this quickly to my relative who is bedridden. I in turn placed an order online with Target same day delivery and will have it delivered to my relative tonight!!!
Giving one star is a stretch for this review! Walgreens can thank me for this courtesy!

I was issued two refunds for corporate…

I was issued two refunds for corporate refund checks on January 10, 2021 to be sent to me. I had been in communication with the Store manager and Asst. Store manager who actually assisted me with three previous returns (signing them) on my recently deceased mothers un-used new material as l etc. Each received a corporate check for dates of January 3, 2021 & December 20, 2020 & and a cash refund of $ 120.00 on December 18, 2020. All without receipts but luckily still in the original packaging,mfg boxes, and Joann bags. My January 10th refunds never arrived so I reached out to returns customer service for status. I was than told to pick up the fabric or take a store credit???? A day later I received a email from customer service asking for detailed information on my return, email, original dates of purchase, which I quickly replied with and asked why they are asking for all this additional information....No one could tell me why???? The store manager said the store policy was changed, inwhich I was bring penalized for their policy change after my transactions were done? Basically I was being called a thief and they were trying to imply that 3 bolts of unbleached muslin were stolen??? Funny how when I returned it the sales associate was able to scan the bolts and the bolts were identified in the Joanne SKU files in their computer system????Absurd!!!! I was given the choice to pick up the bolts of muslin or a useless store credit. I than took the store credit as they threatened that if I did not come in soon I would be forced to forfeit my merchandise/store credit! What a way to treat someone who's late mother taught all the quilting, cake decorating, needlework adult education classes in Bellevue,Ne. My late mother bought all her needs at this Joann store in Bellevue,ne. She also encouraged all her students to buy all their needs for class and leisure at this store. Pathetic way of biting the hand that keeps your sad little store open in Bellevue,Ne!! Talk about Bait & Switch on an honest customer!!! No wonder this store is so empty. I have/will notify all local contacts of this horrible experience with trying to defame my character without any grounds, basis, or reasonable explanation. Even the supervisor at the returns customer service did not have the courage to call me and explain why the 30 day runaround???? Cowards and shady business practice!

Waste of Money

Spent $125.00 on all these products believing what they advertise....Used only 3 times before the patches no longer adhered to my fresh clean skin. I cleaned after each use as specified leaving to air dry properly etc. There is no way you will get up to 15 uses out of these. The company did not seem surprised at all with my situation so this must not forecasts surprise to them. Waste of money!!!!

Scam on Seniors!!

What a Scam on Seniors!!! My Dad has been an AARP member and subscribed to Consumer Cellular in 2015.
He tried to call to cancel his service back in March 2020 but the phone number on the billing is for selling seniors other products. He is 90 years old and does not use a computer so when I came into town after the pandemic lock down, I googled to find the customer service number. I called on 9/28/2020 being on the phone for 2 hours with various people, hung up on twice trying to cancel the service and get a credit for my fathers non-use of the service. (He used 1 minute in June 2020, which the agent confirmed was valid ). I was told that he paid his bills so he was not eligible for a credit? I was told that he would only be eligible for a credit if he did not pay his bill? I got his service cancelled and told them the new balance of $50.07 will not be paid.
On 10/9/2020, my Dad received his Final statement from Consumer Cellular showing account closed but a balance of $50.07 due by 10/20/2020? I once more called the "scam on seniors" and after 2 hours I spoke to Ryan who confirmed all criteria was accurate and he would zero out my Dads balance but his supervisor would not approve it? So I asked to speak to supervisor, Michael, (employee # 26535) who said my Dad was obligated to pay the balance. When I asked him what would happen if we do not pay? He said after 120 days they will send my Dad's account to Collections!!!! My father has an 800 credit score and for $50.07, Consumer Cellular thru AARP will send a 90yr old Veteran of Foreign Wars to a Collection agency for paying his bill promptly for 5 years and using the service for 1 minute of service!!! Consumer Cellular preys on senior citizens scamming them into plans that sound cheap but they can never get out of them!!!! And AARP being connected to them makes AARP look as shady as they are!!! I bet Consumer Cellular probably also scams seniors with reverse mortgages and walk in tubs!!! Stay away from Consumer Cellular, there are very inexpensive plans with Verizon, T-Mobile etc.
