DO NOT USE! IN LIQUIDATION!!
DO NOT USE!! We booked tests with flysurance last year all went great so decided to use them again for our upcoming trip to the USA. We needed to schedule our video call with them for next week & went on the link to do this yesterday to find the company no longer exists!! We have had no email - nothing to let us know the company is in liquidation - we found this ourselves on companies house. Disgusting! If we didn’t need to schedule the video call for our supervised lateral flow (which most EU destinations do not require) we would have never known and thought the tests were fine - and could have ruined our entire holiday. We have now had to start again and buy new ones. DISGUSTING.

Is this company still in operation? The flysurance website seems no longer in operation? I’ve previously had great experiences with their test kits and online customer service team but now cannot even access their website.

Due to my lack of experience with a new email app, I couldn't locate my email confirmation of my test results. Contacted 'Customer Services' and received an immediate response including another copy of my results. Once more, 5 stars to Colette from Customer Services who dealt with me impeccably.

Brilliant customer service
Made a mistake when submitting test result as I did not give my correct email address. I emailed customer service and Arlene replied almost immediately saying the result had already been emailed and I would have to pay £15 for it to be resent which I did and I received the certificate within the hour. The customer service is brilliant and I do not resent paying the £15 as it was my mistake. I would highly recommend Flysurance

Just done my fit to fly test using Flysurance. In the run-up to my test time I e-mailed several- probably stupid- questions as I was anxious about the process. Every e-mail was replied to promptly & politely. Uploading the test results was very straightforward and we had our certificates in 35 minutes. Amazing service. Thank you to all who dealt with me.
