A meatlovers and weightlifters paradise

My new favourite shop,popped in today and after i got what i wanted i went to the checkout and was greeted by a very friendly staff member i was chatting to and he also gave me a loyalty card form so i filled it in and will drop it back down in my next visit.

Overall im very happy and im now a lifetime customer,thankyou so much 😁👍🏻.

Its definately a meat lovers and weightlifters paradise!!!

Called today to cancel my motorcycle…

Called today to cancel my motorcycle insurance because for my renewal as they wanted £638.79 and last year i paid £926.69 but i managed to get a quote for £410 so called to cancel.

I told the woman on the phone i wish to cancel my renewal she asked why and i said i got a cheaper quote...Then she said can i ask how much your other quote is so i told her and then all of a sudden she said ill run your details through the system to see if we can get a cheaper quote for you (which no imsurance company your currently with are willing to even match and is a waste of time goijlng through the procedure on the phone).

So i said no dont worry about a quote i just want to cancel my renewal please then she instantly raised her voice at me and said IM WAITING ON THE SYTEM I AM CANCELLING YOUR POLICY SIR (in a right tone aswell).

I was gonna go mad at her but i thought dont...just bite your toungue! Then she calmly says seconds later ok sir your policy has been cancelled do you have any questions or is there anything else i can help you with i said no thanks.And she said ok bye...I just hung up!

If i was a woman and she spoke to me like that face to face god help her!

I enquired about a new 2024 Yamaha MT09…

I enquired about a new 2024 Yamaha MT09 model and ended up walking away from my purchase i intended to make.

Wigan Yamaha's website clearly shows 'WAS £10,100' and the apparent new price £9,885 which is trying to lead potential buyers to think they are making a saving when in fact they are not at all...

They are stating you can purchase the bike for £9,885 but yet if you did you will then pay the £215 OTR price which totals? Yeah you guessed it 10,100!!! So where is the saving,well you dont get 1.

Its a very bad sales tactic to just lure in potential customers to make a purchase who are falsely led to belive they will get the bike a bit cheaper,when in reality you wont!

So now i have got that off my chest i will now explain the nonsense i got from a member of staff i spoke to over the phone.I was told that Wigan Yamaha 'buy these in bulk so can do them cheaper than any other Yamaha dealer within the uk'.

I was then told the bike is 'about £9,100' which i knew they wouldnt sell for that so i really dont know what the guy telling me this meant or was getting at! As the conversation went on he said 'so this model is £10,100 and then you will have the OTR cost ontop making it £10,315!!!

As soon as he said that to me, aswell as what they state on their site that your apparently making a saving alarm bells were ringing loud and clear to me and i was no longer interested and knew this guy was trying it on.

I contacted flitwick motorcycles and i told them my experience with Wigan Yamaha. A member of staff at Flitwick Motorcycles told me to check the Yamaha EU website and that the cost is £10,100 with OTR included not £10,315 which i was told from Wigan Yamaha.

This member of staff at Flitwick motorcycles also told me he contacted Wigan telling them its really bad to be leading potential customers into thinking they are making a saving on their website and also it makes Yamaha dealers look bad...

Anyway i ended up putting a deposit down with Flitwick Motorcycles and im also doing a part ex of my 2022 MT09 so im gonna get the new 2024 MT09 for about 3 grand with part ex so im more than happy with that and the service i have had from Flitwick motorcycles...

Long story short... Stay away from Wigan Yamaha

Tryed to sell my 2016 nitrous blue Ford Focus RS with private plate and full Ford history...

Originally had a reserve of £18,859 but when i uploaded some tiny and i mean tiny stone chips and slightest damage to a rim plus 2 tiny holes in the rear parcel shelf my highest bid from a dealer was £17,908...

I also heard from alot of reviews that when the person comes to view your car they haggle more!!!

No thanks ill keep it.

Edit after response : Not motorways fault its greedy dealers taking the mick for performance vehicles...my local Ford dealership offered me more.

Got off in the wrong foot with this company so i am amending my review!!!

I placed 2 orders on the 22nd october 2023 i paid for dpd delivery 1 to 2 days.

I received 1 order but not the other,i contacted them and told them i have 1 order delivered and surely i should of had my other order the same time.

I had an email back saying they contacted DPD and my package was lost or missing and was not scanned by DPD.

They apologised for it and sent me out another order and i am more than happy with the customer service,the courier was at fault not the company 😁👍🏻.

I bought a x rocker 2.1 and multiple…

I bought a x rocker 2.1 and multiple things are faulty with it...

I got in contact with support and claire emailed me and said it maybe a control panel so she sent me a new 1 which i was happy about.

I fitted the new control panel and no sound comes out the chair when the transmitter what came with the chair and other control panel what was fitted when delivered does not work with the new control panel.

I did used to have it plugged into my console and the sound worked apart from the right speaker kept cutting out randomly and comes back on,also the vibration didnt work neither did the power button work properly and the blue light didnt come on when power lead is plugged into the chair so i had to press the power button then plug the power lead in just to get the chair to work but was still faulty with sound cutting out of the right speaker and the vibration not working but it did work somewhat with the transmitter...

I have explained to claire that with the new control panel fitted to the chair the transmitter wont now work or give sound with the new control panel and i even offered to send the chair back via dpd but i havent heard anything.

I have spent alot on this chair and im having problem after problem and i have a faulty product so i was not happy to be honest.

Claire has now offered me a new free new transmitter and hopefully this will fix my issue and has said if not then she will arrange a free of charge pickup from my home address and issue me a full refund so all in all now i cant complain and i am happy with the customer service i have received.

I recently found out about this company…

I recently found out about this company as i really wanted a decent low calorie sugar free sauce.

I did try skinny sauces and syrups but they have a nasty chemical taste and i did not like them...Also because i have lost 4 stone since january 2022,skinny asked me if i wanted to be part of a success story to which i agreed... Only for skinny to twist all the imformation i provided them on how i lost the weight... into my weight loss being because of their products even though i lost my first 3 and a half stone with my own diet and excercise plan i made without using their disgusting chemical tasting products and i only placed 1 order with them an threw all the skinny sauce an syrups i had bought in the bin!!!

This is then when i found out about eat lean.

I bought some of their sauces and tryed each 1 yeaterday and i can safely say THESE are what i was after.Im amazed at how good eat lean sauces taste and i also noticed that they do syrups so i will definately be trying eat leans syrups for my organic doughtnuts and brownies.

Thankyou eat lean for providing decent products.It would be nice to see some mayo,chilli mayo,garlic and herb,thousand island sauces in their range but the bbq,sweet chilli and piri piri are all fantastic...you have now got a customer for life thankyou very much,im truly greatful 😁👍🏻

I agreed to my success story being published on their website...not their version of made up lies which also is making out their products is why i lost the weight i have lost!

Changed review: I originally left a positive review for skinny and i simply explained on trust pilot about my weight loss this year that i have achieved.Skinny was not a part of or involved in my weight loss with me purchasing their products which they knew as i told them,i have only ever purchased 1 order on the 30th November 2022 which is 12months after me changing my diet and excercising and losing all the weight i have lost WITHOUT USING SKINNY PRODUCTS ALL DONE MYSELF.My diet,my excercise and hard work is why i lost weight not skinny,as i wasnt using them and didnt for my weight loss.I placed my ONLY EVER order on 30th November 2022 to try their syrups and sauces which i received today.Jessica Bosward the SEO content executive contacted me about being on their website as a success story for my weight loss so i agreed,so then i answered some questions to her to build a success story.

Today my success story has been published on their website which has incorrect information on and isnt true which im quite shocked by, i was all for the success story but what has been published on skinnys website is lies upon lies.

I told Jessica i changed my diet in january 2022 and that i started excercising,doing weight training twice a week for 2 hours and steady state rowing 3 times a week for 20mins.My success story states i workout 3 times a week for 2 hours a session thats not correct.Also i had a signed bottle from Eddie Hall with a note and i told jessica what the note said...but my success story states 'How has Skinny Food Co helped you achieve your goals?
Skinny Food Co has helped me achieve my goals by no longer worrying about macronutrients and additional calories. Before I began using the Skinny Food Co products I was constantly working out extra calories that came from sauces or sugary products'.
I never said skinny has helped me achieve my goals and they havent,i also never said before starting to use skinny i was constantly working out extra calories that came from sauces or sugary products,that is a load of rubbish as i cut all sugar out apart from natural sugars and wasnt having any sugary products or sauces!

I also never said ' Skinny Food Co being my life-line for support in my fat-loss & weight-loss journey' as skinny hasnt been my lifeline support in my fat loss and weight loss journey,i have only ever placed 1 order with skinny and their making out my weight loss is from their products...NO IT ISNT!

My weight loss is from me calculating my macronutrients and my TDEE then having a 500 calorie defecit and cutting out junk food and sugary foods and excercising... NOT skinnys products! It was my hard work and determintation which resulted in my weight loss and its angered me they are trying to promote my weight loss story on their products and making out its happened because i have been using their products!

I have never told anyone at skinny my weight loss is from their products they have twisted the information i gave them for their own benefit in the hope they get more custom!

Skinny also had to go a step further and say ' Eddie Hall even congratulated me on my journey so far, and continued to show me positivity, we spoke regarding staying positive and never giving up'. I never said Eddie Hall congratulted me or i spoke with him! I said he gave me a note included with my signed beast water bottle with a personalised message and i told Jessica what the note said not that me and Eddie spoke or he congratulated me...where did you get that from?

I agreed to have my success story on their website as in my story of what i actually I done to achieve my weight loss and the information i provided...not have made up lies and twisted information what are also focused on me using their products to get my weight loss THAT I DIDNT AGREE TO! WHY TRY TO MAKE OUT MY WEIGHT LOSS IS FROM YOUR PRODUCTS?

I NEVER USED SKINNY IN JANUARY ALL THE WAY TO DECEMBER FOR MY WEIGHT LOSS,I USED TO WEIGH 14 STONE 14 POUNDS IN JANUARY 2022!I MADE MY OWN HEALTHY DIET AND EXCERCISE ROUTINE AND PUT THE EFFORT AND HARD WORK IN AND LOST OVER 3 AND A HALF STONE WITHOUT YOUR PRODUCTS WHICH DID NOT CONTRIBUTE TO MY WEIGHT LOSS AT ALL! I cant belive they done this!

Purcahsed my wife a xmas present and…

Purcahsed my wife a xmas present and paid for the item to be engraved,it was then delivered and wasnt engraved.

I had to contact them to let them know and fair play they responded quickly.

They offered me the engraved fee back and 10% off the item which i do appreciate...Im just annoyed because the fact it was meant to be an engraved gift for my wife for xmas so im really not happy and i was a loyal customer but now i wont be anymore..

I get mistakes can be made but surely if orders come through if you want it engraved and it tells them that you do when it comes through their end with the message you want on it...why the hell hasnt it been engraved and still gets shipped out?

Wont be buying from here again...You lost a customer 🙋‍♂️

I placed an order for some tubes of…

I placed an order for some tubes of moisturiser and vibrancy serum and to be honest...its not great.

I used to use hustle butter before i tried this and hustle butter i found to be great and really does bring tattoos to life whereas this doesnt.

I got offered a free bag with my order which i also didnt receive i have emailed stories and ink but they dont reply.

Not only are these products poor but they dont even email you back 🤷‍♂️.

I wont be purchasing anything or these items i bought from stories and ink again,id suggest people who are thinking of buying the moisturiser and vibrancy serum from stories and ink...not to bother!

Spend your money on hustle butter or pimpd ink moisturiser and vibrancy serum as hustle butter and pimpd ink use the same ingredients pretty much and i found them to be alot better and actually work to bring out colours and moisturise tattood skin

Really not impressed at all with daily…

Really not impressed at all with daily vapes i thought when i read some reviews stating 'quality juice and lovely flavours and cheap' was too good to be true...

Turns out it is too good to be true.I placed an order with them and all the flavours i bought were really weak flavours and also a few flavours also smelt like glue!

If that isnt bad enough i made a new coil for my RTA and put cotton in my coils and tried out some flavours,some were so harsh i literally could not vape it at all and threw them in the bin.

I would never recommend daily vapes,poor quality juice and poor flavour its cheap for a reason...that reason being its crap ( just being honest 🤷‍♂️).

I wont buy any juice from here ever again so... goodbye 🙋‍♂️

I have seen some bad reviews for this…

I have seen some bad reviews for this company with many customers not receiving their orders and also the company replying to customers on trust pilot when customers have contacted bakers bands and bakers bands say on numerous occassions that they havent received any emails from customers...

I will happily upload a screenshot of my email showing my message to them which also clearly states the date and time what i sent to them if they reckon they havent received mine either! They are just playing silly buggers and are too lazy to respond or care about customers! Still no one has responded to my email and doubt ever will!

I have received my item but its the wrong colour! Im not even going to bother contacting them as i know they dont and havent responded to my first email, i just have to accept their a poor company and i suggest that anyone thinking of buying from them not to even bother,take your business elsewhere!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY,I CERTAINLY NEVER WILL AGAIN!
