They really don’t want to honour their own policies on refunds for faulty items After a proper faff about. I was offered a refund, but put on a guilt trip, as the shop assistant said it would come out of his wages! I will not shop here again. No response to email and the phone line doesn’t work.

Omg… I feel like such a fool.. just seen these reviews .. should have read this before making orders..,have tried three times today to order a epen from this outfit. The orders didn’t go though.. tried calling them.. the number on this site doesn’t exist am now frightened I’ve been scammed.

Took my my money no goods no response to emails also phone will not connect. Disgusting something needs sorting and fast

My wife ordered a Hellvape RTA fat rabbit tank and was told they didnt have the colour she wanted so she said she would have the gun metal colour and she still hasnt received it...My wife has sent emails and has had no reply!!!

i placed an order on the 16th october for 2 items that stated delivery was 4-7 days i received one item on 6th november the other has been lost in transit ? so iv asked for a replacement or refund but haven’t had a reply as yet ? 9th november said they would post a replacement this arrived on the 16th november my honest advice if you live in the uk do not order from these they will not refund you and the wait for delivery is a min 3 weeks

A bunch of crooks, ordered a e-cig head paid £32, did not arrive, no response to several e=mails, phone numbers dont exist, a complete and utter Scam folks, stay away you will be robbed.

I ordered some vape pods on 16th august and still have not received, I have emailed twice and phoned countless times. No response! Do not order.

What a palaver
I did eventually get a product but it wasn't what I ordered
Firstly they take more money than the item is advertised as because of exchange rate
Then they said the item was out of stock so I asked for a refund
They kept emailing me suggesting alternative items and ignoring my request for a refund
Eventually I agreed an alternative because I reckoned that I probably wouldn't get my money back
Clearly the item had to be shipped from china because it took three weeks to arrive
The item itself is fine but if you can get what you need elsewhere do so

I placed an order for £19.30 worth of products and they charged me £20.23! I know it’s not much but I expect to pay what is stated not more.

Stole my money! Did not ship product and will not respond

What can I say saw the other reviews and thought the worst but tried still because it was for a product that was impossible to find on any UK website. Ordered on Friday 28th April and received on Friday 5th May so a week for a good priced and hard to find item.

Very happy with my experience and will totally use this place again if anything is needed.

After being told item would be delivered between 4 to 7 day still not here after 19 days.contacted them a few times and they just kept saying they would contact royal mail and get back to me I then discovered the problem wasn't with royal mail but with them,they say item is dispatched when it hasn't been and try blaming others for there poor service

Ordered vape juice 4 bottles on the 10th January 2023 still not received and they won't reply to any emails. It says in the website they are in Manchester but they are not they are in China. Looks like i have been scamed like many others. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Can't get my money back. Wish I had read this site before.

They'll take your money and then nothing .. i got an email from someone apologising and saying they'd get back to me with an update and again nothing. I ordered over a month ago on the premise of recieving it within 4-7 days. Save yourself the irritation / lost cash and go somewhere else.

I have now ordered 3 products and 2 on the way. I read reviews with trepidation but my experience has been excellent.
The stuff comes mainly from china and as long as you understand that delivery will be between 2 to 3 weeks then the whole thing works.
The communication albeit web site produced has worked very well for me and everything I ordered so far has been delivered very well.
The website should explain the process better and more realistically so one’s expectations are realistic.
The quality of what I have received has been first class.
I hope I can report similarly we the two outstanding deliveries.
In summary I am very satisfied with my experience to date.

Ok so I've used before with no problems and honestly thought this company was in the UK. I ordered two kits on the 7th October and it showed as shipping 3-6 days Hermes or Royal Mail. It despatched 11th with RM tracking number but it dragged on with no update. Reading reviews on here and realising they are in China I feared the worst as my kit is on it's last legs so I emailed Alex a few times stating this. He always replied, was very appologetic and claimed he would chase up the carrier and finally it arrived Heathrow Airport 22nd and received today 26th RM. Would I use again, probably not with delivery times, but I can't fault the communication.

I see a lot of negative reviews, but I found it a friendly webshop, good order process information and delivery on time
