Ordered the whole The Osbournes dvd…

Ordered the whole The Osbournes dvd collection even though i have 1st,2nd and 2.5 on dvd.

Received reprinted covers of the original covers i put them side by side and you can see the difference in clarity,blatant reprints and the discs afe blue underneath because they dvd-rw rewriteable discs not the grey/silver of real dvds.

I do not like leaving negative reviews but because i have paid £49 im not at all happy.

I even sent an email on wednesday to ask if my item was posted as i bought it on monday as was 48 hour postage and the tracking was not updated and i got...

'Item has been updated' as a reply.

Not real manners to customers or anything but if trustpilot wish to see my photos showing these are blatant copies compared to the real genuine ines i have photos side by side of the genuine version dvd cases and discs next to these dvd rw copies.

Will happily show trustpilot this is not a fake review like so many claims i have read so happy to help trustpilot on this one an prove its genuine 😁👍🏻.

Seller has flagged my review for apparently containing 'defamatory content' what a load of rubbish hahaha.

Like i said i will send pictures of these counterfeit goods to trustpilot and report to trading standards.

I also just received an email from them saying 'refunded remove the review'.

Hahaha no i do not think so this will go to trading standards and trust pilot as proof and i have not had an email notifying me of a refund and your not going to try and say you will give my money back so i remove your review,the emails and these pictures are going to trading standards and trust pilot!!!

Bestdvdshop flagged this review for containing harmful or illegal content...The only illegal content is what you sold me and nothing illegal or harmful about this review at all!!!

Many have left 1 star reviews and the company has flagged all the 1 star posted reviews for for containing defamatory content.

Best Dvd shop have now closed their website,so much for being innocent.
And
Bestdvdshop apparently believes my review was meant for another business. Nope...

Definately ordered from you,i have all emails from you asking to remove this review,my email order number and the actual counterfeit goods...

I have reported to the bank,action fraud police and trading standards,the truth hurts obviously.

If trust pilot want to see my 'bestdvdshop.co.uk' order confrimation email with order number '250803-105608-2315' then i will happily show them.

I have sent this and the images of the counterfeit goods to my bank,action fraud police and also trading standards.

This is a genuine review of bestdvdshop.co.uk who has took their website offline and any negative review they flag as they do not want a bad name for counterfeit goods and being exposed!

Cannot thank Amanda enough!

I bought a Mirafit Revolving Curl Bar Attachment with Rubber Grips stating the left rubber grip has come loose and slips when im lifting which is basically very dangerous for my wrists so im not risking using it anymore and that i wanted a replacement if it was possible.

Mirafit did reach out to me when i originally left a 1 star review as i was frustrated i had a faulty item...

Im really greatful that Amanda has arranged a better commercial EZ curl bar which also withstands 50kg more than the rubber grip version, which i think is 100kg.
The commercial version is 150kg max weight and also has no rubber grips which is ok as i use open hand wrist wrap gloves.

The fact i bought the rubber version a few days less than a year on 8th August 2024 hardly used this bar and was faulty and now being replaced with a better version i cannot thank Amanda enough for this replacement/upgrade 🙏🏻.

Im have told Amanda im seriously more than greatful for this and her help.

I have purchased other Gnoce charms for…

I have purchased other Gnoce charms for my Pandora snake bracelet and they fit.

But i purchased 2 Gnoce Halloween Skull Heated Color-changing Coffin Charms and they do not fot so i am really not happy!

Edit form reply : Yes i was asked if the charms also fit the free snake charm Gnoce bracelet that came with my order and they did not even fit that.

Also my Pandora is a snake charm bracelet and is meant to fit these charms as all my other Gnoce charms fit my Pandora snake charm bracelet fine it is the halloween coffin charms with the skull and bone hands on the front and spider web on the back that do not fit as they must have a sizing error as all my other Gnoce charms are fine apart from the Saw TV charm i had to drill the hole to make it bigger to fit.

I thought it was a great store...Im a first time buyer and im VERY VERY UNHAPPY!

Found this store online and i placed order HE25000000738901.

I am not happy at all with Helloice and the customer support is shocking...No one responds!!!

I asked on their whatsapp if i could change 1 item on my order from silver plated to 925 sterling silver.

I patiently waited and i got no response,i then sent submitted a ticket through their website saying...

'Hello
I placed order HE25000000738901 yesterday but i wish to cancel it for a full refund please thankyou'.(No response)

I then sent this message to their whatsapp account...

'Hello,

I just submitted a ticket on your website but i also wanted to send a message on your whatsapp account stating i wish to cancel my order HE25000000738901 that i placed yesterday.

I have not had any responses to my previous questions through your email or whatsapp account so i have decided that i want to cancel my order for a full refund please.(Again) I would like to cancel the whole order and have a full refund please.Please cancel this whole order and refund £464.37,thankyou.

I have already asked for a refund and to cancel the order,you have not even answered me about giving me a refund.

I no longer want the order and i want a refund instead please.

If i do not get a refund i will have to contact trading standards in the UK and report you to action fraud police and also give my bank all of the screenshots of the items on my email confirmation order, my order number,plus all of the contact i have had with you, the emails i have sent you,the ticket i submitted on your website and the whatsapp messages i have sent to you.

My order was damaged in transit but i was offered a replacement or refund or a refund if the replacement arrives damaged

The rear and side window tints had damage on them,the box arrived damaged and it had dents and splits on the box.I opened up the carboard and the tint sheets have a white sheet on them and they all had scratches and holes on both sides of the sheets that you remove before fitting them.

Mine have been damaged in transit and i am not happy,as i spent alot of money on these,It is not Solar Plexius to blame it is UPS.

Natalija Grujic has been talking to me about my order and i sent her photos of the box and the damages on the sheets.Natalija has been more than helpful and offered me a replacement or a refund so i chose a replacement.Natalija said if these arrive damaged, a refund of my payment will still be an option so its a 10 out of 10 for customer service from me and im truly greatful,i just hope these do not arrive damaged 🤞🏻🙏🏻

FRAUDULENT SCAMMERS DO NOT PURCHASE!!!

I have never used this company before and i will not again! I placed an order for Mustang GT XForce headers with Hi Flow sports CATS.I cancelled the order as the labour to fit them is unreal,it would of cost me too much money to get fitted.

Anyway i cancelled the order 3 days ago Sam told me it take 1 full working day until i get a cancellation email ,the last 2 days i have had no emails from them about my order cancellation.

I had to borrow money off of a family member as i thought i would have this sorted by now and potentailly got a refund within 2 days or have this confirmed at least that my order has been cancelled or know that the refund is coming but i got neither!

Today my patience ran out and i messaged Sam on whatsapp again saying all what is in these screenshots i have attached of our whatsapp chat today.

I ended up telling him that i had enough and told him can i have a direct number and talk to accounts he ignored this...I said im going to contact my bank and then MAGICALLY i get 3 emails come through straight away...

Sam said 1 email was 'APPARENTLY' sent yesterday? Well i asked Sam for a screenshot of this 1 sent to me yesterday that was to my email and he ignored it do you know why? Its obvious because it was not sent to me and he could not prove it because it never happened!!!

Instead all 3 emails i have received today,have todays date on them both 🥴🤪!
Thinks im stupid because if 'YESTERDAYS' email came through late today with the other 2 emails (cancellation and refund email) then the other refund email should have YESTERDAYS DATE AND TIME ON IT IF IT WAS 'SENT' TO ME YESTERDAY NOT ALL 3 WITH TODAYS DATE ON!!! I BET YOUR SLAPPING YOUR FACES NOW YOU BEEN CAUGHT OUT 🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ WHY LIE FOR AND TAKE THE MICK?!

NOT ONCE DID SAM APOLOGISE TO ME,I WONT BE BUYING FROM THIS SHODDY BUSINESS EVER AGAINAND IN WRITING THIS URGING OTHERS NOT TO EITHER,THEY LIE TO CUSTOMERS AND MESS THEM AROUND SO GO ELSEWHERE!!!

CAMBRIDGE DEPOT IS SHOCKING!!!

I recently sold an item on ebay what now has very limited postage options i sent the item via parcel force 24 express (not that i wanted to) to the buyer and and it was refused twice apparently...It was not refused they went to some other property on a farm because the 2 different drivers that attempted the delivery could not be bothered to check the address on the label or could not be bothered to go to it!!!

I ended up getting the Parcel sent back to me so i paid £60 or £70 for my parcel to go on a little outting for a week when it was meant to be delivered within 24 hours...But anyway it went on this little outting to Cambridge to then come back home to me!!!

A couriers job is to actually deliver the packages its unbeliveable.Dont know about their drivers being couriers...They should join the circus!!!

I recently sold an item on ebay through…

I recently sold an item on ebay through a promoted listing i sent the item to the buyer and and it was refused twice.

I got the Parcel back and refunded the seller,then on the 7th May 2025 i had my promoted listing fee of £133.96 refunded to my ebay balance.I withdrew my ebay balance to my bank and on the 8th ebay took it without my consent...I have spent 2 hours on live chat going around in circles and uploading a screenshot of my bank with the 2 payments as proof and they can not tell me why it was taken...Itt should not of been and on live chat i was contantly being told ohhh i can see you got a refund on the 7th...
YES BUT WHEN I WITHDREW IT TO MY BANK IT WAS TAKEN AGAIN THE NEXT DAY.I lost count how many times i explained it all and they kept saying the same stuff to me.

I told them i will contact my bank over suspicious fraud activity!!!

Ebay has gone downhill big time the help is non existant too an you just get passed from person to person and when you do get put through to someone they have 0% skill in customer service and support its a joke and i have wasted hours...I have had enough!!!

I have made orders through Beast Pharm…

I have made orders through Beast Pharm no problem but yesterday i noticed all items were listed with really inflated prices with dollars and not GBP.

I contacted Beast Pharm and between us,we are trying to solve this issue and have been helpful letting me know how to clear cache on my browser and try again but im sadly not having any luck 😔.I also sent screenshots to show them what is happening to me on the website.

They offered me a free tub of whey and a cree hydro because im having these problems which is really kind of them, so thankyou and i really appreciate that.I Just hope it can get sorted for me so i can continue being a customer .

Edit : We found the issue and its all sorted i cannot thank them enough

Avoid Northampton Fitness Superstore!!!
I have a body solid GYU and my leg press cable snapped.

I have full lifetime warranty on the frame and cables,i contacted fitness superstore on the 20th december 2024 for a replacement FG9UF-4300 cable,i got a response from Sam on 23rd December asking what part number the cable is even though i filled a service/replacement part form out online?

I replied what part number and i have heard nothing no phone calls or emails i then rang about 3 or 4 weeks ago to be told by a member of staff that their system has been down and its been a nightmare for customers to place orders and get parts and i should hear something in the next few days...This was 3 or 4 weeks ago!!!

In my experience with getting warranty parts from fitness superstore before and chasing them up has also been a nightmare!!!

Its unacceptable to treat customers like this i have had enough and im afraid this company will and has lost alot of custom due to issues like this.

I contacted Body Solid UK asking if the cable i need is instock I GOT A REPLY THE NEXT DAY!!! Even though i have to pay id rather pay body solid uk than deal with the stress of chasing fitness superstore and getting nowhere and being unable to use my equipment!!!

Im never buying anything from fitness superstore again for these reasons and i hope that people reading this wont either...honestly go and spend your money wisely elsewhere!!!

Regarding the cable replacement, we would like to clarify that, as per our warranty policy, replacement parts are only covered under the lifetime warranty in cases where there is a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, if the cable issue is due to regular wear and tear or damage from use, it would not be covered under the warranty.

We apologize again for any confusion caused by this, and we fully understand your frustration with the delay in communication. Our system issues have impacted our ability to provide timely responses towards the end of 2024 and early January.

I then edited my review after this reply and said...

Yes i am aware of the lifetime warranty has to be a manufacturer defect not normal wear and tear and if you saw my pictures of the cable its obviously a manufacturer defect as the cable completely split in half and snapped as i was lifting.I still to this day have not had a reply even though im also aware you had problems with your system because i was not getting a response i phoned and spoke to a female who explained this to me and that i should get a response but i still have not.I filled out a warranty/service form online and should be entitled to a manufacturer defect replacement cable and i also expalined what happened and uploaded pictures and have not ever had a reply or phone call about it since and i have had to contact Body Solid UK instead who responded to me next day and buy a replacement with a discount code they gave me as you could not look after a customer regardless of your 'system going down' and it still does not explain why no one has contacted me still!!!

Until the 6th March 2025 i actually got a response from Stepthen Dron he reached out personally and apologised and got me my cable sent out.Stephen also explained to me its not how i should of been dealt with at all.Im greatful to Stephen for everything so thankyou very much Stepthen,i just hope in future things like this dont happen again as i have had a few bad experiences with getting replacement parts sent out to me and also getting replies from staff for parts for my multi gym,only time will tell.

Very arrogant with a not bothered…

Very arrogant with a not bothered attiitude for a new sale and potential new customer...you just lost out on over 12k!!!Oh well your loss anyway.

I just bought a 2025 Performance Z900 from Bournemouth Kawasaki today and Pete the owner is fantastic in every way so is Tom and they also treat you with respect and more like a friend than just a quick sale guy...

Go elsewhere than Clay Cross Kawasaki.If anyone is reading this and your struggling with any other Kawasaki dealer with sales or parts use Bournemouth and contact Pete ASAP he will ALWAYS look after you and anyone can get on with him a treat...Cant say the same for Clay Cross Kawasaki 🤦🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️

I contacted Exigo through their website and Tyler Topham the operations manager responded to me through email and i called him back.I called him and said i wanted a selectorised recumbent leg press he said he could do an invoice and with a cost of £2,995.

I have been trying to buy a machine from Exigo through Tyler since the 20th of February 2025.I was simply not hearing anything back to my emails or phone calls from Tyler and i quickly got fed up constantly sending emails with no reply.I noticed that Tyler copied Sarah Bunbury UK accounts assistant in an email to me,so because i was not getting anywhere with Tyler i emailed Sarah and she told me she will pass on the message and get Tyler to contact me...I kept emailing her saying i have not heard from Tyler.I then gave Sarah my mobile number expecting a phone call and never even got a phone call back.

I got an email from Sarah asking for my phone number For Tyler to call me back on when i already gave her it...

Then after ages and weeks all of a sudden Sarah told me that Tyler was at Perform X but Tyler was not the day he said to me he would sort out my invoice and payment details IN THE MORNING THE NEXT DAY on the phone call to me when i called him weeks before this and he was at Perform X!!!

Tyler got back in the office and apologised and confirmed he was at Perform X and was also on annual leave🤦🏻‍♂️ and he had to be in the office for my 'discount' for him to authorise as he was the only one who could do it and said his colleague was not authorised to do it for £2,995.

When was Tyler at Perform X and on annual leave??? I dont know the actual dates because i have not been told.But i guess that Tyler was not doing both literally the next day when he told me he would sort my imvoice and payment details in the morning...why would he tell me thay if he was not going to be in the office? It does not make any sense what so ever and Tyler definately did not mention anything to me about Perform X or annual leave...I was told by Tyler an invoice an payment details will be done an sent in the morning end of and never was so that is why i have been chasing him for weeks and getting nowhere then its my fault he was not in the office???

Tyler didnt do the invoice and send payment details then after weeks he disappeared and its my fault yeah???Ha ha alright then!!! 😡🤬

I have ended up having to buy a different machine from another company now and that was all sorted and paid for in 1 day thanks to gym gear and sorted me out IN A DAY!!!

I will also say when Tyler got back in the office i told him im buying elsewhere...He then had the audacity to ask if i have paid the other company and if i could cancel it or get a refund to basically buy from him!!! I rejected this offer and told him im not messing this other company around because they sorted me out in a day and were brilliant and still are even now with me.He then asked who they were,whats it matter??? I went elsewhere because for the same price i actually got a machine what does 350KG max weight and yours does 150KG and you never sent me the invoice or payment details and i got fed up chasing you.

Tyler has emailed me today 11/3/2025 to try and guilt trip me it seems and he has tryed to get me to delete my review or change my review star rating 😆🤣.

NO im not deleting it...By the ratings of Exigo on trust pilot reviews im not the only unhappy customer and they have like 3 star rating.

I have attached photos of Tylers email to me so every potential customer can see and so that everyone at Exigo can see im not standing for this and i will expose to everyone exactly what Tyler Topham has tryed to do plus try to blame me???

Anyway Tylers apology came too little too late and does not change the fact he tried to also get me to still buy from him and get a refund to do so...UNBELIVEABLE.

Exigo = A JOKE and my 1 star google review is more than reasonable for all the reasons i have stated Tyler so get over it.

You should be more considerate and respectable to potential customers and customers then eh???
STOP CALLING ME IVE BLOCKED YOUR NUMBER YOU WANT A REACTION DONT YA,HARASSMENT MUCH?

Avoid Northampton Fitness Superstore!!!

I have a body solid GYU and my leg press cable snapped.

I have full lifetime warranty on the frame and cables,i contacted fitness superstore on the 20th december 2024 for a replacement FG9UF-4300 cable,i got a response from Sam on 23rd December asking what part number the cable is even though i filled a service/replacement part form out online?

I replied what part number and i have heard nothing no phone calls or emails i then rang about 3 or 4 weeks ago to be told by a member of staff that their system has been down and its been a nightmare for customers to place orders and get parts and i should hear something in the next few days...This was 3 or 4 weeks ago!!!

In my experience with getting warranty parts from fitness superstore before and chasing them up has also been a nightmare!!!

Its unacceptable to treat customers like this i have had enough and im afraid this company will and has lost alot of custom due to issues like this.

I contacted Body Solid UK asking if the cable i need is instock I GOT A REPLY THE NEXT DAY!!! Even though i have to pay id rather pay body solid uk than deal with the stress of chasing fitness superstore and getting nowhere and being unable to use my equipment!!!

Im never buying anything from fitness superstore again for these reasons and i hope that people reading this wont either...honestly go and spend your money wisely elsewhere!!!

Edit after reply:Yes i am aware of the lifetime warranty has to be a manufacturer defect not normal wear and tear and if you saw my pictures of the cable its obviously a manufacturer defect as the cable completely split in half and snapped as i was lifting.I still to this day have not had a reply even though im also aware you had problems with your system because i was not getting a response i phoned and spoke to a female who explained this to me and that i should get a response but i still have not.I filled out a warranty/service form online and should be entitled to a manufacturer defect replacement cable and i also expalined what happened and uploaded pictures and have not ever had a reply or phone call about it since and i have had to contact Body Solid UK instead who responded to me next day and buy a replacement with a discount code they gave me as you could not look after a customer regardless of your 'system going down' and it still does not explain why no one has contacted me still!!!

Regarding the cable replacement, we would like to clarify that, as per our warranty policy, replacement parts are only covered under the lifetime warranty in cases where there is a manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, if the cable issue is due to regular wear and tear or damage from use, it would not be covered under the warranty.

We apologize again for any confusion caused by this, and we fully understand your frustration with the delay in communication. Our system issues have impacted our ability to provide timely responses towards the end of 2024 and early January.

I bought a Fenix LR36R and it was…

I bought a Fenix LR36R and it was delivered very very quickly,i ordered it 2 days ago and got it today.

Im very impressed with the lazer beam and fog light and all the modes,its also very easy to use.

The torch is not overly heavy it feels great in your hand and with the lanyard you can tighten the torch to your wrist.

It also comes with a belt clip and a torch holster,im very impressed with it to be honest.

I saw on torch direct website they also offered a free engraving for up to 20 characters i think it was.

Because its 10,000 lumens and can go up to 1,260metres...when i ordered it for a laugh i put in the engraving section MARCS EYEBALL BURNER and the guys at torch direct actually engraved it for me haha and for free too so thankyou so much guys,im really over the moon with it and thankful for the swift delivery and for fulfilling my free humorous engraving i cannot thankyou enough.

I highly recommend torch direct and i will be making more purchases from you in future,i honestly cannot fault them at all im more than happy,thankyou all so much 10 out 10 from me! 😁👍🏻🤝🏻

Poor doesnt work just like all so…

Poor doesnt work just like all so called 'whiteners' dont waste your money.

If it seems too good to be true then usually it is...this whitening powder does not work at all been using for 4 weeks and my teeth are not even the slightest bit whiter.I do not smoke or drink so its not that what is my issue....it simply does not work 🤷🏻‍♂️
