As someone with Coeliac, they appear to take precautions to avoid cross contamination. However, a couple of times recently I have noticed a disturbing practice. The person responsible for my order is thorough, changing gloves, preparing the tray etc. However, another person seems to prepare burger buns (with gluten!), then goes on to finish the burgers on the grill, then transfers the patties to my tray and touches the burger as it is placed in my tray. This means it is no longer a place I can afford to relax for even a second!

Contacted EDF to ask for refund of large credit balance. Was helped by Connor (Team 2D), he dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Took a while to get to speak to someone, but that is standard these days. Generally I have been very happy with EDF.

Always quick off the mark to supply meds. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Was with them for a year. Excellent tariff, great value. Slightly annoying having to give monthly readings. Moved from them recently for a better tariff, but move was dealt with efficiently, and refund given quite promptly. Yes, that is what you would expect of a company, and Avro delivered. However, having had to chase Scottish Power and complain to Ombudsman for best part of a year before achieving same thing, credit to Avro for keeping things simple. Yes, I would happily go back to them in the future. Not so for SP!!!!!!

Have used Selectspecs for a few years now, and have always been happy with the products and the service. Even if there are issues, they sort them without complaint. Usually find I can buy 2 or 3 pairs of specs for less than I would pay for 1 CHEAP pair on the high street. Have looked at other 'cheap' online glasses providers, but still think Selectspecs are the best there too.
