Good communication when online order was ready: easy pickup and had a discussion about all things bathroom. Very helpful and informative without trying to force a sale. Customer focussed - which is exactly what is needed. We are almost certain to go back to Ergonomic Designs when we are ready to order new bathroom fittings.

Review of Gigaclear
Quite frankly their installation and customer service is beyond a joke. I agreed a contract with them on 8th May, was given a 'confirmed' installation date of 5th June which came and went without any contact. When I managed to speak to them they said they had cancelled the installation because they needed a part. Since then I have spoken to them on 6th June, 13th June, 6th July and 24th July and still they can't give me an installation date. If Gigaclear really want to provide a service to the rural community and not receive negative reviews, especially after taking the time to hold a 'we really do care' meeting in the local community centre, they need to get their act together and deliver the service promised.

Very good product, easy to setup and install and free delivery. The only reason I've not given 5 stars is that the mounting of the lights is only by one screw at the top of the housing which isn't as robust as it could be. An additional screw mount at the bottom would make mounting of the light more secure, particularly on a wooden garden fence.

The website has suddenly disappeared. All emails don't get delivered and telephone numbers appear permanently engaged!!!
At least if the website has gone then nobody else can be scammed but they will no doubt setup under another domain so beware!

Hi Lucy! Our Cyber-Security department found a threat of break in to one of our servers. Everyday we encounter complaints about fraud and scam entities pretending to be us, and trying to get to our customers this is why we shut down our entire system including website, and servers. We notified almost all of our clients and now we are happy to announce that the issue has been solved and the website is back online and more secure than ever! We did all in our power to make sure this will not affect any trading account and so far we haven't received any complaints about the account performance. Easy to book a space online, no problems with entry or exit and clear instructions provided by email. The only minor point would be that the signage outside the main door was relatively small and easily missed. As with some other reviews, look at the entrance on Google Street View so you know how to find it.

I was apprehensive about buying a 'Perfect Fit' blind online but I need not have worried. Follow the measuring guide on the website and make sure you check your measurements 2 or three times so you know you've got it right (your own fault if not). The ordering process was very easy and the 'Perfect Fit' blind arrived within a few weeks. It was as its name suggests, a perfect fit, good quality materials and looks great.
