If you are just one using it without ever having to contact smarty then fine,, BUT I was hoping to be this exact customer, In fact I am now fuming with rage and such a headache wishing i had never switched over to them!,,
The signal is very good , better then I had, I brought my number over which was done in 1 day, Yet in my profile the message still says porting over in 2 more days which the date changes daily saying 2 days from every single day, (i already have my number ported over) so this message is confusing and annoying,
So then I thought I would bring my family over , and paid upfront for 2 different packages into my group, The sim cards arrived, I have different amounts on each sim as one is for a youngster, I used her porting code for her sim card, I then get a message to the incorrect sim, it is going on to the wrong sim card,,,
I then try to contact them,, so via live chat, after 45 mins of them asking me for my date of birth,, address etc etc stuff i don't particularly like to give over live chat I manage to be told its all ok and the correct sim will have the number ported,
This morning I see its still the same incorrect number being ported today meaning i will have to give the wrong person the usless smarty sim card.
I tried to email them directly,, and was then replied to 10 mins later as if i was in a live chat! So they asked if i was still there!?? it was supposed to be a email to somone who could actually sort this mess out,,
anyway im done with them,, no way to turn voicemail off without live chat them,, real headache,,
one person it will work for but forget the groups and customer service is not helpful
