I should of looked here before using them!

I ordered a pair of trainers for a birthday gift for member of family, 2 days later i received an email with tracking, the day after i received new email saying delivered , When i went on evirl it said "posted through letterbox"! a box 10 times the size of my postbox, i looked at the delivery picture and a package had been pictured on a doorstep, when i returned home there was absolutely no parcels anywhere!!! customer service useless, they have given me absolutely no way forward or any kind of explanation, only sent me a from to fill out .

Unfortunately they did not stick to the offer that was sent , I sent a phone that was in absolutely mint condition I even paid the special delivery and packed it super well , but they say it has marks on the body,. well I of course have pictures and video to show it doesn't, bit of a shame as I used years ago , I will just add them to another lot i wont use

I recently found that Nationwide bank…

I recently found that Nationwide bank are using these as their so called Aviva travel insurance company , if you make a claim it is an absolute nightmare,

They ask for the same information over and over , I do not believe they should be in business at all ,
if you have the choice dont waste your time or money find a better company

I recently had to book an emergency 1…

I recently had to book an emergency 1 way flight with a broken collarbone injury,
In this instance I found all staff starting from check in to onboard airline staff to be very kind courteous and respectful, Also with them seeing me in a sling they gave me special attention,
I felt honoured to be a guest on this occasion,
Thank you very much Cathay I appreciate your hospitality towards me.

Absolutely atrocious nationwide bank Aviva add on ,

Absolutely atrocious Aviva add on ,
I was very happy with UK insurance that nationwide used to use ,
Unfortunately I had to make a claim a week or so ago with Aviva , I sent them xrays and plane tickets , enough information to do everything they needed to process the claim ,
I am very injured currently and have received an absolute nonsense email asking for information that was not really needed or possible to provide considering I had already sent them everything plus more that was needed , I was very honest and did not even claim for loss of accommodation but I am now reconsidering this as I should of claimed the claim extra £800 on top
I have found these to be ignorant , rude and immoral, if I had not been with nationwide for so long I would be leaving for a new account elsewhere. I shall have to check my options now I am not at all happy what so ever


Here I am 6 weeks later and this company is still asking for receipts that I already send then they ask for some thing else , it’s one thing after another, when the 10 working days are up they send another nonsense email and expect to have another 5-10 days , I see now it’s some mini company that Nationwide and Aviva are outsourcing the work to , why would you use such a terrible company ? CEDAGROUP look those up on trust pilot ! Omg

Store worker cost TAPI a lost customer

These came round and measured up my house around 2 years ago, I went into there shop in Lowestoft Suffolk today and asked if they still had the floor plans as I intended to buy the carpet from them today , I have already had 2 other carpet people round and have the measurements and prices,
So I asked the Guy in Tapi if I could see the the floor plan he had for MY HOUSE and he said "no you cannot look at that" ,, I was shocked that this fool thought that it is ok for him to hold a picture of MY HOUSE floor plan and not let me see it,, I had my own floor layout in my hand,

I found this completely ridiculous and rude, so let the fool know that I will take my custom elsewhere and I expect all the information that TAPI have on myself shall be DELETED from their systems/data base,,

seeing as they seem to think they cannot show me my own floorplan on the worry I would take my custom elsewhere,, well I just did,

Conflicting information and still not…

Conflicting information and still not received my money back for goods I never received.

I went into Milton Keynes store and purchased a variety of furniture, I was told if I wanted delivery I should purchase first then bring to the customer service desk which I did, I was then told delivery would be a week, I asked if its possible to cancel this whole purchase and order online if it could be delivered faster, I had now physically seen the items and wanted it in next couple of days,
After 10-15 mins of standing in front of customer services in MK store the chap said not possible to deliver before a week, the other option was collect from Tesco, but that did not apply to me as they don't deliver to my area, So I lumped it and agreed to accept the delivery in a week,
So I drove home 3 hours, Then went online only to see they do deliver to my local Tesco and I could have the next day!
I have called and cancelled this order but still after 2 weeks received nothing back, I had also ordered more furniture that was not collected as went on holiday that also not refunded.

I have had nothing but lies from the Peterbourgh number call centre, One person tells me my refund already processed and its my bank card with the problem , another tells me not yet processed, so after 8 phone calls of nonsense I just called the card company and dispute the payments as I not received any of this stuff yet I not got any of my money back.

According to the Ikea people on the phone there is no way to complain or escalate this nonsense ,,
I suggest if you are in similar situation to contact your credit card issuer and make a "section 75" claim ,, the more hassle that visa and master card receive about the same company will make Ikea pull their socks up.

I just cannot give them more then 1 star , absolutely annoying , stressful and waste of everyone's time for some thing so simple, Its like a broken record speaking to someone on the phone who never fixes the situation then gives you fabricated information, yet totally unaccountable , I even have recorded phone conversations with them but have no where to turn to as according to them they don't have a CEO or other body to contact except the person on the phone

I used this atm in Norwich town centre

I used this atm in Norwich town centre, I dont know why I just did not go to the bank and walk the extra steps now, as the day after I used this machine I became the victim of fraud, this machine had captured all my cards details and I am now trying to get my money back via bank fraud as transactions made to bet fred the next day, These scammers are very good now, I would not use these note machines again

Bonafede company

In store great but no sizes that fit

In store great but no sizes that fit , so had to use online twice never again !!!

Brought a girls winter jacket last week , had to get online as could not find any jacket in store in her size , So it arrived and looked great until tried it on then we see the bottom came right up above tbe hips , no good for winter and not the same as in the pictures , So we returned the jacket , and thought it was because of the size . So we ordered a larger size , exactly the same thing happened ,
Absolutely useless trying to contact anyone online, we took both jackets back to the store and brought a completely different jacket there ,
I am rather annoyed that I have paid for the delivery of these jackets that were not the same as the one in length in the picture online ,, so it’s cost me £7 and waste of my time , I won’t ever buy anything off new look online again !! The prob is they don’t have enough in the I hope this will be a nudge in the right direction for new look as we do like the town centre store

If you are just one using it without…

If you are just one using it without ever having to contact smarty then fine,, BUT I was hoping to be this exact customer, In fact I am now fuming with rage and such a headache wishing i had never switched over to them!,,
The signal is very good , better then I had, I brought my number over which was done in 1 day, Yet in my profile the message still says porting over in 2 more days which the date changes daily saying 2 days from every single day, (i already have my number ported over) so this message is confusing and annoying,

So then I thought I would bring my family over , and paid upfront for 2 different packages into my group, The sim cards arrived, I have different amounts on each sim as one is for a youngster, I used her porting code for her sim card, I then get a message to the incorrect sim, it is going on to the wrong sim card,,,

I then try to contact them,, so via live chat, after 45 mins of them asking me for my date of birth,, address etc etc stuff i don't particularly like to give over live chat I manage to be told its all ok and the correct sim will have the number ported,

This morning I see its still the same incorrect number being ported today meaning i will have to give the wrong person the usless smarty sim card.

I tried to email them directly,, and was then replied to 10 mins later as if i was in a live chat! So they asked if i was still there!?? it was supposed to be a email to somone who could actually sort this mess out,,
anyway im done with them,, no way to turn voicemail off without live chat them,, real headache,,

one person it will work for but forget the groups and customer service is not helpful

I shall no longer be using this…

I shall no longer be using this company, They are mis selling their services, I paid £47! for an express delivery , upon it being delivered days later i was offered a refund on their "chat portal" ,, as soon as i accepted the Refund i was then told that the refund offer was a mistake and they can only offer me £10,
Customer service a nonsense, over a hour on their "live chat"
There is no one to speak to except people who have little knowledge of what they are talking about .

My parcel was delivered 3 days late not the 1 you suggest , I paid a substantial fee for first class service yet received sub standard , then I get nonsense from your chat,, here is the quote of the offer for the refund that you state did not happen
