I’ve been riding the ADO Air 20 for a while now, and I can honestly say it has exceeded all my expectations. The bike itself is a perfect balance of design, comfort, and performance – lightweight, reliable, and a joy to ride.

But what truly sets ADO apart is their support team. Every single concern or request I had was handled promptly, with great attention to detail and genuine hospitality. It’s rare these days to experience such a high level of customer care, and it shows how much they stand behind their product.

om jag kan bara uttrycka att det är extortion & blackmail snarare än nån tjänst man får från LENDO, det vet man inte innan man har tryck på knappen och loggat in sig, det visar sig, har man ansökt om lån med Lendo , man får 10-15 erbjudande, som varje långivare tar en kredit upplysning på dig, och eftrhand man t.ex ser att Coop ger bättre vilkor direkt än på lendo.se, man kan inte avsluta sin ansökan med Lendo, men samtidigt , man hamnar i situation där man har lägre kredit värde p.g.a. all dessa kreditkontroll som utfördes tidigare, och väljer man inte via Lendo, då kommer du vänta i flera månader innan du blir "återställd" och få tillbaka din kreditvärdighet, jag blev nekad lån ,med super bra ekonomi, p.g.a. at vill bryta lös och ta lån utan Lendo

19-04-2024, unfortunately there is no way to attach the pictures here , so I could show what automated replies I get , and what customer service loos like

Initially I have ordered a takräcke which came all as expected and did fit my KIA sportage, after less than a year i manage to loose 2 screws , that are holding 2 bars together and are all but crucial in order to support the weight, I contacted the support and after numerous mails and detailed explanation, have I got reassurance that they will order 2 screws as reserv parts, I am going on vacation in few days and obviously as I am writing this review , they have not arrived , and after several talks on the phone and mails , it seems they will arrive (perhaps/maybe) in mid july when I am already out of the country, needless to say that the whole process of contacting the support and them replying took over several months , so be aware if you order anything from them, make sure to ask if they provide any parts for your item after purchase, the railings I bought , was not bad so mixed emotions altogether

Made a purchase of Thule lock in April as they claimed to have it under very good price, it turns out its a scam , tried to get in touch with customer service only to realize there is none, got refunded by my credit card issuer so not big deal but!!!

Obviously a scam, after receiving several automated replies it is now completely safe to say, this is scam

värdelös försäkring , tog stor hem försäkring för att få veta att den gäller inte i just enstaka fall , icke kompetent handläggare som inte ens ringde eller undersökte ärende, mitt förtroende sänktes ytterligare på en ny aldrig tidigare låg nivå

Was pleasantly surprised by ALAMO, finally customer gets the last word🙌, I can only recommend Viktor and Strahinja for their excellent approach and way to solve any issue on the spot, great staff and not the least got hybrid car in economic level, it was cheap and environmentally friendly fiat panda hybrid, did not even know they make them

car was clean, agent was very helpful, had problem in communication, but it was all resolved , and in the end I can say it was positive experience

made wrong order, paid for it , straight after (like 20 minutes after) contacted the company, they don't have any customer support, be warned, and waited for next 24 hr just to be told that it can not be annulled, after that I relentlessly tried to get in touch with them via mail and Facebook, scam company don't get trapped, they would not answer any of my attempts , before it was too late , I tried and tried, right after I did the purchase, so the game is rigged; in their answer they claim " once the parcel has been dispatched" and for that reason they wait 24 hours before they would curtail you with this answer

I had tried on numerous occasions to get in touch with support as no longer can I scan the OCR , its over 40 days today, telephone, email and even contacting app developer, its surprising how low and uneducated response you can get, all they had to say was that I should try to contact the phone vendor, no one ever checked with me what version of app or OS I have , or what is the root of the problem, but hey that's just Swedish way of doing customer support, I wont be amazed when they get eaten by India or china the few remaining customer orientated markets, cut the long story short SEB = less than 0 in customer support, don't even bother on the phone you'll be waiting for several hours just to be told that its your phone fault...
After more than a year , it was rectified , still no personal touch / contact

I spoke on several times with support, not only did they resolve all the issues, but they responded in less than 1 minute, and overall impact is just amazing , worth every buck (thank you Marceline)

I cant write but for 2 times I bought something in Afound, first time the number was wrong and it was painless to return it, now I just completed 2 nd buy, and so long so good, if they maintain the level of service and quality it will be long and prosperous relation

I did this review only in order to help others who may end up doing the same mistake I did, booking via expedia.com, in order to get this company as local rent a car , NEVER ever again!!
Landed on airport and upon arrival came to office and asked for my booking, where I was informed that NU rental car company requires 10000 $ as security deposit for 3 day rental of 21$, person I was talking to was the most intolerant and uneducated ever, very agressive and unpolite to put the things mildly
