I rode it a few times and it performed really well. It's very suitable for my daily outings. The only drawback is that the air pump and mobile phone holder in the manual are not given away this year. It would be great if they could be given away again.

Air 28 arrived yesterday, a robustly built bike. Prepd it today. Yet to try it out, weather poor. Looking forward to the first ride tomorrow all being well. My second bike from Ado's selection. The A20 has done me well at 2.5k miles over 18 months. Will keep both. Very happy with the accessible prices too. Very pleased with the 400-note discount on this particular buy this month. I received my two bicycles on May 26, 2025. The bikes are great, but the technical support and subsequent maintenance make me seriously consider whether to buy them or not. In my case, I received a damaged seat, I immediately sent a photo and they wrote to me that they would send a new one, BUT STILL I HAVE NOTHING.... ONLY LETTERS.. TODAY, September 26th... I had to buy a new seat on TEMU myself... I wrote dozens of letters to tech support... in response, only apologies and a promise that they will send you everything very soon, I further refused the seat and wrote that I no longer need it since I bought a new one, and I need them to send a battery lock.... BUT AGAIN only promises and still nothing.. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO THINK BEFORE BUYING, SINCE FURTHER MAINTENANCE AND THE PURCHASE OF ANY PARTS OR ACCESSORIES IS SIMPLY NOT POSSIBLE...

Almost two years have passed since my first purchase of an ADO ebike (the 20+). Fast delivery times, excellent ease of assembly, fast and efficient customer support. The bike is comfortable and silent. Changing gears with precision, in short: nothing to complain about, a recommended purchase.

I ordered to Air pros with different colour without knowing that one of them was out of stock. Ado immediately acknowledge this and provided relevant options:
- Get an Air Carbon with the colour that I wanted by paying a difference.
- Get it in a different colour
- Wait for stock.
I did not want to wait and ended up paying the extra for the Air Carbon. Sadly when it arrived it was not what I wanted (it was missing a couple of things like the two gears and turn signals) so I asked to return it and wait for the Air Pro to be in stock.
I was able to return the Air Carbon and get the difference refunded very quickly. Also enough timed passed so the original bike that I wanted was in stock and sent to me.
The ADO representative was extremely helpful from beginning to end.
