Awful, parcel was sent with 2 day delivery on Friday, it’s now Thursday and is still at the regional hub. Tracking changes every 10 mins telling me something different. Really would not recommend to anyone.

nice clothes, unhelpful and intimidating staff, bad quality clothes and prices have increased a lot over the past 2 - 3 years

really good store with good prices for comme des garcon. Most staff are helpful however some are very inimidating and would much prefer to talk to their co workers than help customers

awful staff who are not willing to assist customers at all, I asked where i could find an item in the store and the shop assistant blankly said over there and pointed to the whole left side if the shop. On another occasion i asked another shop assistant for a size which was not on the shelf and she said she would check in the stock room, she then disappeared for 20 mins and later i spotted her talking to another worker. Workers are very unaproachable and all clothes are overpriced. The good thing is the excellent fit and quality of the jeans.

didn't receive a full refund and sizes fit huge. usually I am a 6 and I got a 4 and was a good 5 inches too big

I ordered 2 tops online a week ago and they still haven't arrived, I live in the uk and I have tried calling multiple times however after waiting for someone to answer my call at top shop for over an hour multiple times. I paid for delivery and my order should definitely be here by now. If you can I recommend you just go in store to purchase items.
