Wrong size Sent, poor quality clothing, returns process so complicated you need a Degree. A number of items purchased turns out 4 different ways of returning. So a return to shop, two to post office, one needed a different label despite sauingbi5 didn't. Evri return took two goes, twice parking fee required. All time and effort for a disabled person with limited energy. Had to get help.

Very easy to find this product, reserve it and pick it up!

Disappointed customer seeks reassurance Ordered an office chair and the separate wheels flagged up for hard floors (oh stupid me) because I do have hard floors. The instructions for the office chair didn't match and I am still following this up with Topstar, the makers. However saw on the box with extra wheels that they still need to be used with a protective mat on laminate floors. So pointless! Shocked to find that there isn't a returns policy. Should have checked this before but assumed this was a reputable company with normal return policies, very disappointing. I am still hopeful for a good resolution as I believe this is mis-selling and will try customer services. Will update. If not I will contact trading standards to check thus is above board.

What a great experience we had at GreenAcres. It was so refreshing to meet such a 'can do' attitude as we organised the cremation ceremony for my dear Mum. The park is a beautiful place and the buildings very serene and peaceful. There was a sense of space and time about the whole process of booking and having our ceremony with GreenAcres. Respectful, caring and great place to say our goodbye. Thank you everyone.

Ordered a book it came quickly in good condition!
