An attempt at delivery was made once…
An attempt at delivery was made once and then nothing…. In the end I had to cancel the order which was very disappointing as I really needed the items I had ordered.

Cotton Traders were good to respond to my disappointment at picking the wrong size - only then to find that the smaller size was out of stock. I was given a refund swiftly and now know what size to order in future!

As soon as I received my plug plants (which arrived as and when expected, I read the 'blurb' and then panicked about not being able to plant them out straight away... I emailed your customer services who responded very quickly and gave me simple and honest advice which I was able to carry out.

I would feel happier if Yodel liaised…
I would feel happier if Yodel liaised with the customer regarding delivery, to avoid a wasted journey. Why text after the delivery is made? Even a couple of hours before the proposed delivery could be more useful. There is no indication of what happens if no one is home when the delivery is made, so I feel very cautious about using Yodel.
