Great company to deal with.

Great company to deal with. No spamming but will call if there are special deals. Prices are good (for something that is going up in flames.) I’ve used them for coal which is compliant burns clean and very hot. I previously used local log suppliers that weren’t as reliable so started experimenting with other wood based products from a major mail order company and found that their Heat Logs are the best in my opinion. I’ve found buying them direct is a much cheaper option so I’ll be using them going forwards. I use the direct delivery service (you can buy from depots locally but I don’t drive) The drivers are great-will deliver to where you want and stack mine in my shed. Very friendly guys too!

Bought in the sale for my daughter’s…

Bought in the sale for my daughter’s birthday at the end of January so not opened yet but we’ve never had problems with any Passenger purchases. The best part was the speedy delivery just after Christmas and the start of the sale it was delivered within 2 days.

Review of Lekto Woodfuels

Disappointed this time

New to my multi fuel stove. I previously ordered a variety pack to try lekto and found them great. My preferred product was the fire logs and I’ve reordered 4 boxes. When I took delivery the boxes felt damp but it was a particularly wet day and the carrier had a short walk from the van to my door. The inner packaging appeared sound/undamaged. Unfortunately there appears to be a problem with the logs. They are very slow to catch. It takes 3 hours and I’m having to add more kindling. They’re also producing a lot of smoke. I’ve tried 2 of the boxes so far and both have had the same issue. Shame because the first delivery was ideal for me.

We're sorry to hear about your experience with the Fire Logs. They are very dense and can be difficult to light.

For the best performance, we recommend preheating your stove beforehand with firewood or briquette that doesn't require preheating and placing the Fire Log on a bed of glowing embers for the best result.

Once your Fire Logs are burning nicely, you can adjust the air controls to optimize either for longer burn time (lower air intake settings) or high heat output (higher air intake settings).

I’ve only been a member for 12 months…

I’ve only been a member for 12 months but just received my 2nd box and really enjoyed trying and reviewing the products. Some I can happily say I’ve now added to my shopping list-same after the previous box. The testers I’ve received are all quality products.

I’m going to be candid here-I’ve been…

I’m going to be candid here-I’ve been asked to leave a review to enter a competition to win more. I received a free sample of Years chicken thigh meal. At the same time I had a chicken thigh pasta bake for tea-it looked identical! My dogs are LARGE rommie rescues with very sensitive stomachs and it took a long time to find a food that their stomachs could cope with-you will appreciate what 2 big dogs can produce. To alleviate the boredom I do add bits to their food-favourite is a teaspoon of pate mixed in but they refuse wet dog food added……normally! They did enjoy the years mixed through their kibble and I like to them enjoying food! One meal is fine but I’m not sure their stomachs could cope with the changes long term and would like to see how they cope long term before I commit…..but I would following a good trial!

When someone offers you a box of…

When someone offers you a box of freebies in the post it sounds too good to be true…..Tryit isn’t. After completing a lengthy questionnaire about likes and dislikes I really didn’t expect to hear anything more. I’ve just received my first tester box. Everything in it was suited to me in every way. Tryit listen to everything you tell them and provide excellent samples from manufacturers. It’s not actually free because you’re asked for honest comments on the samples and the manufacturer then has a cross section of reviews and excellent marketing insight. Really happy with my samples and I will be using some of these going forwards.

My dogs need Oodies

So… I bought the first Oodie for my daughter’s birthday! It came vac-packed (very quickly) and I thought what HAVE I bought here….so I opened it to check it! Then-fatal mistake-I tried it on! I’ve been wearing it since! I bought her something else for her birthday! I now have an Oodie! My dogs are freezing because I’m not putting the heating on. I’ve bought them multiple new throws! I’ve bought 2 Oodies for both my daughters for Christmas! My dogs need Oodies!

Customer service is amazing

This was my 2nd purchase. I treated myself to a weighted teddy blanket and I liked it so much I placed an order for one for my daughter for her birthday. I placed the order on Saturday and Monday I realised I hadn’t received an email receipt. I panicked and emailed them then realised they may not respond for 2 days so I rang them. Answered in 2 rings and couldn’t have been more helpful and my order arrived next day. Fabulous customer service! Think my other daughter is ordering 3 for my grandkids now! ( they spent hours under mine on Sunday) Thank you team!

I’m using these and so far very…

I’m using these and so far very successful! Gone from 20 cigs a day to 3 Nordic pouches with emergency back up of roll-ups ( never built a rollie before so by the time I’ve built one I’ve lost the craving!) don’t mind the tingle as it reminds me of the first burn of an actual cigarette! My only problem is the website! I wanted to ‘try before I buy’ but when I try to log in it keeps telling me to try later. I’m buying full price from the shop (which is obviously cheaper than 20 cigs a day) but have not got the option for the offers for multi buying

Ok but……

Great price delivery was very fast. Came without outer packaging (which is not a bad thing) but the carry case has spots of white on which looks like plaster-picked off what I could but this left a white mark on the case. I suspect it was a return. It’s a gift for my grandson so I’m hoping everything is in the bag/In useable condition.

A thank you gift from work! Easy to use and a good selection of outlets. I’m a DIY-er and previously used vouchers at B&Q but this time they’re not an outlet-which is a benefit as it forced me to treat myself instead!

I booked my repair on a Saturday and…

I booked my repair on a Saturday and was given an appointment for 11th March. On Monday morning the repair company called and put the visit back to 18th. When I reported the fault my washer was unusable as the pump wasn’t working but I also reported that the water wasn’t heating and some programs weren’t working. On the 18th the engineer arrived (and 5 stars for the engineer) with a replacement pump-but no heater or PCB! (2 weeks to get these ordered?) managed to get some washing done on cold-not ideal but a necessity. Engineer came back yesterday and replaced heater and PCB. Still having issues with some programs ie can’t change temperature above 20c but I’ve only managed 2 washes so not had chance to assess fully but I will be in touch!

I know Hermes come in for some…

I know Hermes come in for some criticism but I’ve never had any problems. There is a regular driver who I cannot fault at all. Over Christmas he was moved to another route but apart from one glitch the temporary drivers were also amazing under pressure! Glad to say though my regular guy is now back!

Delivery wise there was a glitch with…

Delivery wise there was a glitch with the tracking. I emailed the customer service team and received a prompt reply back. Delivery arrived soon after-packaging could be better-there was a tear in one but the bed was undamaged. In fact I suspect the beds may be indestructible! I’ve got 2x large chewers and as they’ve grown out of the chewing to an extent I’ve upgraded their beds. I’ve always been let down by sizing-the last beds I bought were just a fit when curled up-so much so that I kept their previous mats for them to stretch out on. These beds however ARE extra-large to the extent that when they want to get cosy they can both get in the same bed while stretched out. Took 2 days for them to actually used them as the waterproof fabric squeaks but they love them now.

I’m hooked!

I ordered via British Gas rewards, so literally just paid the postage, yet the delivery was fast and I was kept updated on the progress at every point. When the package arrived (eco-friendly) it contained not only the bulbs but a Bee-friendly booklet, brochure, plant food and hand wipes. Possibly/probably a good bit of marketing but it made me look at what they had to offer and would definitely buy from them!

Easy review!

I’m often annoyed by survey requests for products I’ve ordered on line (how do you review dog kibble as a Hooman?) but for my thortful cards I’ve stopped waiting for my request and come looking! 3 birthdays in July and I was really so spoilt for choice! Son in law with 3 of my grandkids who all love the Bear Hunt books and also loves a glass of gin loved his card and my friend is framing her ‘Wine doesn’t ask stupid questions’ card. I also bought one for my youngest daughter who’s birthday is in November which was so appropriate I ordered there and then….then found another more appropriate which is sitting in my favourites at the moment ( please don’t discontinue ‘on the day that you were born’ while I have the chance to look for my eldest daughter -(January)) choice of cards is amazing quality superb and order (placed late afternoon) delivered next day as promised. Usually hate card buying but the choice on Thortful is amazing! Thank you!

Never responded to my email from my…

Edit following the response from Sutton’s. Looking forward to receiving my EARLY Summer flowering plug plants on the 2nd August-I’m sure they will have plenty of time to grow and flower and develop seeds for next year. Hopefully the begonias may have a fighting chance (mid to late summer)

Will not be using this company again

Never responded to my email from my email 15th June it’s now 27th. Repeat marketing emails offering 10% off the items in my basket although the order was complete. Couldn’t view my order due to website development and just wanted confirmation the order had reached them. Not received my delphiniums-received a back order confirmation of dispatch for 25th-not arrived yet. Not received my begonia fragrant falls-no mention of them being on back order (dispatch date 18th June ) ( I would email, but see above) packaging leaves something to be desired. Plants stacked on top of plants causes damage to plants on the bottom layer. Letter box plastic sleeves aren’t secure and the plants in this were all over the box. On the bright side the plants I have received are planted out and growing well!
