From ordering to completion an absolute doddle! Web site order easy peasy. Customer service team quick to call to correct my numpty mistakes-and refund the difference when I explained I didn’t really want to relocate the boiler. ( I shouldn’t be allowed near technology ) the gas safe engineer was amazing-on time and followed the boiler delivery worked solid all day with his apprentice and did a brilliant job. When you book with Boxt they send the engineers profile with information-apparently mine likes chocolate hobnobs and I forgot to get him some-and he really deserved them!

Brilliant company to deal with!

Purchased Bugnoculars for my 3 year old grandson for Christmas! Delivered as promised and kept updated on delivery status. As it’s a gift for Christmas he hasn’t played with them yet but the product is robust well designed and made! Can’t wait to dig up some bugs with him!

Absolutely amazing customer service from the delivery guy-only called to get an approximate delivery time so I could take the dog out-spent 10 minutes on the phone with me sorting out best way to make sure I didn't miss my delivery including calling back later if he missed me

Rather disappointed with the delivery aspect this time. I placed the order Saturday 15th July and had a response to say the expected dispatch date was Monday 17th from that point I heard nothing and the tracker details advised the order was being processed until I was emailed on the 20th to say the order was despatched! The delivery instructions were to leave in the backyard but the courier left with a neighbour instead and they were out for the rest of the day . Plants were healthy and flowering again now!
