Order with caution

Unfortunately have recently had a very bad experience ordering from here. Ordered replacement adhesive and cable clips for the Peak Design phone mount due to needing to move it to a new car, and the product was in stock on the website when purchased back in July. Received email a few days later to say it was actually out of stock and on back order, and would be shipped out as soon as available. It’s now almost two and half months later and there’s still no sign of my order, and multiple attempts to contact customer services via email have been extremely frustrating. I’ve requested a refund twice and still yet to receive it. Order with caution.

Awful

Awful. Don’t adhere to rearranged delivery dates, marking parcels as “attempted” when they’ve not been anywhere near my house and clearly decided to return to depot early on a Friday afternoon. Seriously avoid if you want parcels to actually reach their destination.

I like the products but I really wish you wouldn’t use Yodel as a courier, I had so many issues with my recent order and customer service was not very helpful.

Poor experience at latest renewal

Very poor experience trying to cancel my auto renewal after the price has gone up to the point of no longer being competitive and I’d found a better product elsewhere. Live chat is down so the only way to cancel is to wait in a ridiculous queue on the phones. When I finally got through to an agent I was abruptly told “you’ve been a customer for 3 years, it’s too soon to be thinking of cancelling, we don’t want to lose a client”, completely disregarding the points I’d already made about price and a better product elsewhere. I was then offered a price reduction but to be honest the customer service is so non existent here I continued with the cancellation anyway as I’d rather not have the hassle of dealing with phoning again in future. I think some of your customer service agents need some more training on how to deal with renewals. Would be unlikely to return in future.

Good but arrived much earlier than booked

Tyre fitting was completed promptly and professionally, however fitter was 3 hours earlier than the time slot I had booked. Thankfully I was home and available but this would have been otherwise inconvenient if selecting a time for a specific reason.

Not good

What is the point in giving an estimated delivery time if your drivers completely ignore this - missed a delivery because the driver was an hour earlier than the ETA. Extremely annoying.

Mixed feelings based on recent order

Similar to a few other reviews on here, initial service was great and I have to say, some of the nicest wine I've had from an online delivery service. Second order placed at the beginning of July was delayed by 2 days, an email received midway through the original delivery date to say it wouldn't be arriving and then delivered without warning 2 days later (I actually received the email to say my wine was despatched after it had already arrived, suggests something needs sorting with your communication system as this was poor). I appreciate that a warehouse move may have caused disruption, but this was not clearly indicated at the point of order, which I think it should have been rather than offering a specific bookable delivery date that you know can't be honoured. Unfortunately customers will remember the quality of service and communication received during the pandemic and may not be in a hurry to return.

Oh gosh I really am so sorry to read this and to see that your wines were delayed and the communication was off. letting you down on this occasion. Unfortunately as mentioned we have had a few delays while we have made the move into our new warehouse and I really do apologise about this as it's not the delivery service we want or expect. We are also trying to make sure that all safety measures are adhered to in the warehouse at the moment so this can lead to a slightly different system than before,

Absolutely thrilled with the result

Absolutely thrilled with the result! I had a nasty big scrape on the wheel arch of my dark green audi. I was a bit sceptical at first, thinking there was no way a touch up kit could fix it but was willing to give it a try. Wow! My paintwork looks good as new, so pleased.
