So I placed a order on the 4th of september. 2025evri received them on the 17th sept 2025.i been back and forth with evri and select specs.constanly saying give us 24 hours evri have stated that my parcel has been lost in the system.so I rang again today to be told we are investigating it please give us 24 hours.so I have no had no option so I have opened a dispute.i only ordered of this company because I thought the reviews were good till I read others today.having the same issue.i just want my money back so I can order else where.i have never had a issue with evri untill now! I would suggest this company not to use evri. 3842354 so again today I had to chase them up to be told the exact same story we investigated it can you gives us couple more days then trying to blame evri yes it's got lost in their system I told them no I'm not waiting a few more days then said I have to receive a form to fill out to state I haven't had my glasses I'm absolutely fuming then saying we can't replace them till it's been fully investigated.they been investigating it since 17th September 2025 it's been a month now.im fuming I told them I want all my money back so I can go elsewhere but still continuing saying gives us couple of days I told no I'm not that il be ringing them again tomorrow please avoid this company!!!!

I didn't order nothing I recroved email stating thank you for you're order. I used to have one of you're staff constantly coming to my house trying to get me to go with you. That's harassment!!!! And to be honest reading some if these on here im glad I didn't

I love slimming world I started in 2021 by January 2022 I was down 6 and half stone. I then took a break but still only put a stone on. I love the fact you can still enjoy nice food without going hungry. U can still have that bar of chocolate crisps etc without feeling guilty. I love my group in cwmbran we are like one big family always supporting each other making it fun. My consultant Claire is amazing the support you get is 10/10. It's not a diet its just healthier eating. Without feeling guilty I was at my heaviest 19st 6lb no looking back glad I joined never feel embarrassed we are all in this together give it a go
