I requested delivery option to back door. Thought they’d deliver behind rear gate entrance (notice re dogs on gate)
They then entered our pets fenced garden through another gate and left the box on back doors step - blocking the pets exit/entrance through cat/dog flap to outside area
Glad they delivered but not where they did

Amazing brothers! Did fantastic job of removing tree and tidying after. Even cut some trunk into stepping stones for me!!

The airline service was great including the special assistance support
The hotel staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble
We were offered alternative room closer to amenities which was great and meant I could get to everything easily with my walker.
Only negative was didn’t see rep at hotel but they did leave a birthday message for my son!

There was no image of the 4 seater sofa but the 3 seater gave impression
I’d have liked sofabed options
But the images looked good and I hope the same in reality!
