Unprofessional, shady scam company.
Offer no upfront information about what you're getting into by making a purchase, lost access to my game multiple times.
The customer service at redeemcgs.cc which is apparently outsourced, are incredibly snarky, rude and poorly trained. 'Brian' is the worst.
This company make things up as they go along, such as all of a sudden operating a 1-month warranty policy.

I've been waiting for the game for 2 weeks and nothing. Every day I asked in the chat about the game I ordered and I always received information that I would receive the game no later than tomorrow. I wrote to e-mail, but unfortunately I did not receive a reply. There is no chance of getting your money back. Don't be fooled!!

Game work fine at first then time and time again I had to reactivate it on the account they provided once saying all ready activated by another user and now they say its out of warranty refusing to help they are thieves don't trust this site

Purchased a game on disk I thought but turned out to be digital so I cancelled order
Was paying through Klarna
Order and cancellation done in 24 hours - October 23 - still being chased for payment from Klarna and cheapestgamestore say it’s Klarna…… dispute after dispute emails filling inbox and threats of debt collection

Ordered a game from there and told it would take 48 hours at the latest, its been over a week and ive received nothing. When using the live chat im told the exact same thing over and over. When i emailed customer support about a refund they never got back to me and when i asked about refund on the live chat i was left on read.

Until i either receive my game or refund, this store is a scam as gat as im concerned, stay well clear

Website does not in anyway explain that its an accountshare thing that you're buying not an actual game! Make it very difficult to get a refund. Seems fraudulent.

Recently purchased a game from this website but should have listened to my instincts ! Usually when something is too good to be true... etc etc ! When received & read through the activation instructions is the moment I realised that this is not legit ! As many others have commented. You are not purchasing a game ! It would appear that you are accessing it via someone else's account! In my case someone called Peng Yo ? The account was using mandarin so had to change language settings just so I could read/ navigate it ! Which set off alarm bells ! I didn't even download the game. I immediately went back to them via live chat saying that this does not seem legit & requested a refund as I was not happy with process evolved to access my purchase, stating that I did not to use someone else's account to access to access my purchase ! Also stating that none of this information is explained prior to purchasing anywhere on their website ! If it was I would never have gone through with the purchase ! They basically declined my refund request & tried give me sales bull!@#£ about the whole process ! Overall not impressed & feel like I've been done over by these C!@#£ !!!

Awful. Fraudulent distribution of software through “shared accounts” which they want you to sign on to your device. Nothing is clear or explicit at all about this in their product descriptions yet they refuse refunds. STAY WELL CLEAR!

It's a shame you can't leave no stars. So first off the site says you game will normally be delivered with in a few hours but up to 3 days after payment. The first account I got took 8 days and didn't even have the game I paid for. Another 3 days later I get a different account with the game. Followed the instructions and installed the game. It worked for 2 weeks then stopped working. So I messaged the company and they said they will issue me another account, 3 days later I get issued a new account try and sign it and get a message saying this account it already in use on another console 🤬 back on there chat and they just say sorry we will issue you another account 🤦 you only get 60 days warranty and so far I have had 3 weeks of not being able to play. This company is a con. Selling stollen accounts. Stay well clear

Dodgy. I went to buy cyberpunk DLC. Searched for ps5 key and this website came up via a comparison one and the cheapest. It said PS5 format and under the activation it was blank. I bought it and then hours after they emailed saying my order was ready.

I opened up expecting a code to redeem but they sent me account details. A username, password and 2step auth details expecting me to log into someone randoms account to play it.

Obviously that’s not what I expected or wanted so went to the chat. They said to email them. Over 6 days and 6 emails I heard nothing back.

I asked for a proper code and offered to pay more or a refund but heard nothing. Their contact us loads their homepage and on their page their Trustpilot is blank as they have finished their free trial

So it seems that they are dodgy and don’t reply. So I’d avoid at all costs

Bought a game for € 35. Got the email to redeem the game, but never actually got the game. Guy on online helpdesk told me a week later to wait another day. Didn't receive it. It has been 1,5 week now. The helpdesk guy also isn't able to make sure I get the game refunded.

I bought super Mario maker 2 earlier this day and I saw the reviews after so I contacted them via email MULTIPLE TIMES and I’ve not heard a single word from them and I’ve also asked for a refund as it hasn’t been delivered yet and I sent a screenshot and explanation on how I should be able to get a refund and again NOT A PEEP. They only care about the money they make from you and don’t care if you have a crappy experience they only care about the MONEY. And I’d like mine back NOW.

They have gotten back to me and asked if I’m sure about my refund… OF COURSE I WANT MY F***ING REFUND!!!! So I replied and said yeah I definitely want it but then they sent me my M*THER F***ING GAME you know the one I didn’t even want… so I’ve emailed them again last night at around 10 at night and they’ll usually Get back to you in about 5-6 hours but I haven’t even gotten a single response I HATE this website and , if I were you, I wouldn’t even grace myself to look at them I’ll update again when they respond

Horrible experience just awful. Total scam, never received the game, refund refused, very poor customer service. Not worth the try, you'll just lose your money. I'd put zero stars if I could.

I purchased rainbow six siege I was given all directions that I followed to download and enter my code nothing worked I asked for a refund and was told no because I entered the activation code that shows them I used the game but it never worked I never got to play the game

If I could give minus stars i would. Top to bottom an awful company I am still waiting for my refund over a month afterwards. I have also had to lock my card as there has been purchases I have not made and am in the process of lodging criminal proceedings against them. As other reviews have said DO NOT USE THEM , at any cost . I write this in hope at least one more person won’t make my stupid mistake.

Literally bought a game, 3 days later still not received the game asked for a refund and they keep trying to give me credit and now saying they will charge me between 7%-15% for admin fees to get my money back they are literally all robots avoid these at all costs they should be arrested and shut down

bought a digital code of pokemon violet and they gave me 0 code for it and asked me to send a email if i want to complain or get refund? of course 0 contact or anything they want, scammm

Complete scam. You aren't buying a download code. They are setting up access to a shared account on your device which is a complete breach of T&Cs. They do not tell you this at any point in the purchase process! DO NOT BUY.
