Not as good as it used to be

Used to order all my rabbit supplies - both medicines and hays, treats etc - from this company and customer service is usually very good, but unfortunately recently the number of small animal supplies has gone down drastically so although I would like to give them my custom, they just don't offer the choice I need to cater to my houserabbits. Disappointed as I used to enjoy shopping with them.

Delighted with purchase

Ordered a personalised mug on Monday morning about 11.30 am, received it the following day and it's exactly what I wanted, the person I chose it for is going to love it. Beautifully made, the personalisation is superb. And I didn't even have to spend very much! Will be going back for more - this is the way a company should be run. Very, very highly recommended!

Terrible company

Used to be better before taken over, now they are TERRIBLE. I am elderly and disabled and regularly take my rabbit to a local vet, I don't drive so have to rely on taxis. Rabbit is in a clean carrier with absolutely nothing coming out of it. The most recent time I did the journey I had a really unpleasant, rude man who immediately complained about the carrier and then spent the entire 20 minute journey listening to a very loud foreign voice on his radio, without asking me if it was okay. And then was furious because I didn't give him more than a small tip. Apparently he didn't mind taking my money despite treating me like dirt just because I have a pet. (Just a hint - if the journey is to a vet, it usually involves taking an animal there). How are they still in business? I can only think because they seem to have the monopoly in this area, but really they are DREADFUL.

Awful company

Order was denied because they think I'm ordering codeine too often - after all, I'm only a 61 year old adult with 2 degrees, I can't be held responsible for the medication I take. Ridiculous company.

Can only speak for the GB online…

Can only speak for the GB online website but I have recently ordered 3 items, in separate orders just before Christmas, and they arrived the next day, beautifully packaged, with samples etc. Sad to see so many negative reviews but can only speak for my own experience which has been great so far!

Have been a loyal customer for 30 plus…

Have been a loyal customer for 30 plus years, my mum before me too, and am so disappointed in this company that I will never be ordering from them again. Ordered several items as a very rare treat just before Xmas and needed to return them, but unfortunately my printer is broken so I couldn't print returns label, and I can't afford a smartphone so couldn't access the QR code. I phoned customer services and was told that even though I was quite happy to pay special delivery charge to return the items myself, that this was impossible. I was spoken to in a very patronising way as if I was an idiot because I'm unlucky enough to be elderly and disabled and can't afford a smartphone. I am now stuck with items I don't want. Have emailed the company to escalate the case but so far haven't heard from them. I suppose unless you're rich, you don't matter. The way I was spoken to when I phoned was disgraceful, haven't they heard the phrase *the customer is always right? I can't express how angry and disappointed I feel. It seems crazy to me that just because I am in this position, I am stuck with unwanted faulty goods. Never, ever again.

Products were sent quickly but were very poor quality, sorry but really cheap plastic rubbish from China being sold at much higher prices.

Outstanding

Just the most fabulous company, wouldn't buy my rabbits' supplies anywhere else. The hays are wonderful, ultra fresh and green, literally the only hay my rabbits will eat, and the hay bags are stuffed full of product so you get great value. You also get lovely little gifts with orders, and every time I've ordered it's arrived within 2 days. So impressed. Also customer service is second to none. If only all companies cared this much about their customers!

Received items very quickly and just …

Received items very quickly and just for once wasn't patronised by being asked endless questions about why I need to use codeine. Being a 53 year old ADULT I am impressed by a company that doesn't insist I can only buy one pack at a time just so they can get more postage charges. would thoroughly recommend Weldricks.
