READ THIS, Brilliant customer service from small business.

To be honest, I really struggled to reach QUOYA by phone and email. I tried a lot too. However, when I did finally reach them after trying they were absolutely amazing. I mean, really superb. They adjusted our our purchase and sent out parts, despite that we had bought the kit over a year previously, completely without question or cost, which really is excellent. I would have no hesitation buying further products from Quoya. The quality is excellent. I am not a fan of video tutorials tbh, but I did work out what needed to be done and the final product worked brilliantly. Thank you.

Not as good as they used to be

I have been buying Ecco shoes for more than two decades, and have many pairs in my cupboard. Sadly, despite trying hard to find a pair of shoes, their new range of shoes are just not great tbh. I tried both pairs of the new Ecco Offroad M. The shoe is simply too roomy and offers little support. The soles are comically oversized. The legendary Goretex waterproof is no longer in the design. So, despite trying, I have not been successful. The online ordering process is not good either. The returns process takes so long before you get a refund. There is a feeling your shoes could get lost in transit. This actually happened to me. So, it's two stars based on my experience. I am trying to buy their shoes without success.

I personally like it when an organisation is contactable when you have a question or need some help. Quoya support were knowledgeable and easy to reach. Their product is excellent too. So very happy to recommend this curtain track system to others.

Go Outdoors Poole!!! Never answer the phone and parking is costly!!!

This review is based on how easy it is to reach Go Outdoors in Poole. This branch simply never answer their phone. Give it a try and hopefully after this review, they might be more diligent in responding. You have to pay £1.20 just to visit this store too. There is no free parking anywhere at all. So you must pay to enter the car park which only serves Go Outdoors and Sainsbury's. A very poor show from the Poole branch of Go Outdoors. I have no idea what other stores are like.

AVOID - Terrible customer service with no product knowledge

We simply wanted to buy some wave type curtains and poles. So having visited their website, I could not find curtain poles. So I reached out to their customer service because they do not publish a contact phone number. Luke, picked up the the chat system. It finally took 20 minutes to establish he had no idea where to find curtain poles or tracks on their website or whose products they actually sell. So then Becky picked up the chat. Another 15 minutes to discover they do not have any information on their website, but if you arrange a visit then someone will bring the poles they sell to your home, apparently for free. Hmmm. In the current age of the internet, I would have thought it easier to put some content on the website. Clearly I moved on to another business.
This review is based purely on my personal experience.
NOTE, Their REPLY shows they didn't even read the review. At no time was a price ever requested. The issue was not that we wanted a price, simply what curtain tracks do they sell and do they have any details for Wave heading curtains. Instead, we had to have a sales person visit to answer a simple question. So, in conclusion, it seems they simply want to send you a salesman and are unable to answer any questions.

No customer support

Ordered a pressure washer. It arrived incomplete. Other than email, I discovered there is no way to contact this company. Their direct phone line is not manned and does not take messages. Their pressure washers might look good on YouTube, but support is non existant. So whilst they might be technically good, it's of little value if you cannot get help with an issue.
I wonder if anyone will even read or respond to my review.

Read this before you order... Archaic and Dubious Returns Policy

Not all shoes fit correctly, so returns are a key requirement when ordering shoes. HOWEVER, with Robin ELT Shoes, there is a huge risk. A risk of not getting your refund and being significantly out of pocket. READ ON...
Robin ELT Shoes operate an out of date and very dubious returns policy. The cost and risk of returning goods is on the buyer. They do not promise to refund the shoes either. If the goods are lost in transit, the risk and loss sits with the buyer. So Robin ELT Shoes are happy to sell you their shoes at full retail price and have absolutely no facility in place to operate an up to date mail order service. Based on previous experience, it is risky and easier to buy the same shoes from any other supplier.
I put a call into their customer service line for clarity before placing an order and they were evasive and defensive on the subject too. So based on my own personal experience, I cannot recommend buying from this shoe retailer when so many others offer the same products, many cheaper with a better commitment to the customer journey.

AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.
Difficult and if this is not a scam, they behave like scammers. Over sensitive sales patter who are not prepared to listen. We found a lot of better alternative ways to search for top Umbrella companies than 'give lots of personal information to a guy, clearly working from home, who would then shop round for you. Dodge a bullet and look elsewhere.

Avoid - Neither competitive or open to discussion

Ring round is my recommendation. There appears to be no information on their website about who they are, and they do not appear to be affliated with DrainageDorset despite trading with the same name. The price quoted for 1 hour onsite was more than double other expensive quotes. This might not be an actual drainage business, but rather a website that subs out quotes. When challenged on the price, they were defensive and hung up. This is from my personal experience, and we did not engage this organisation to do any work. So I cannot provide any further review of how any service might have turned out. However, the incredibly high quotation that was simply not remotely competitive meant I did not find out. I hope that is helpful.

5 Stars Because...

So why the full five stars?
I really like their website. It is easy to use and presents the vacations as accurately as is reasonable to expect. This review is not about whether their vacations are good value, but rather about how TUI deal with issues you may have. In our experience, when we have had serious issues to deal with, TUI will always go the extra mile to rectify whatever the problem is. We have travelled extensively with TUI, and on each occasion they have simply exceeded our expectations.

Caravan and Motorhome Bedding Guru's

Expensive maybe, but not enough to be overpriced. I think the phrase, 'you get what you pay for' comes to mind. We met Duvalay at the NEC at the Caravan and Motorhome Show 2022. The team were very helpful and knowledgeable about the needs of travel bedding. We made a purchase at the show for some mattresses and fitted sheets. The items arrived in just a couple of days. The quality was excellent and we were simply delighted with the overall experience.

Appear to be happy to overprice items even when aware of it.

Completed a detailed interaction with CashRecycle (Bournemouth) to try and understand why they are happy to overprice goods. Even when brought to their attention that they are pricing second hand used goods at the same price as new, they are unwilling to adjust prices. Therefore, how much other stuff is priced to exploit the uninitiated. So I cannot recommend CashRecycle based on my own experience. So the advice is 'buyer be aware', do your research and check that goods you are interested in are not unfairly priced.

WOW, their staff actually assaulted a member of the public

Unbelievable behaviour from a professional organisation in 2022. We would be delighted to see bullying in the work place stopped, but this organisation have take that to a whole new level. I have just seen a video published by YouTube channel 'PJ Audits' which clearly shows the photographer standing on a public footpath outside their building and was physically assaulted by Great Bear staff. Somebody needs firing there, and if they don't, then be aware that this is the kind of business you are supporting when you use Great Bear.

Arrogant and rude consultants (EH) when things do not go the way he want's them to. A senior management team who clearly could not care less either when legitimate issues are raised. There are so many recruitment agencies, from experience, this is an agency that is best excluded from your recruitment process.

Very poor human resource management.

Very poor management of staff recruitment processes. It casts serious doubts around the way this organisation is managed when they are unable to manage the onboarding of staff in a fair and reasonable way. Maritech human resources need to manage the recruitment agencies handling their career openings much more carefully. Maritech (sea.live) are clearly not managing this process well at all.

Now this company knows how to offer a perfect service.

We needed tyres fitted asap today. From the initial phone call to Steve turning up to fit them, the whole service could not be more perfect. I did not want this review to sound like a plug. I would have absolutely no hesitation using or recommending HomeTyre to anyone who needs tyres. It was the little extra attention to detail that just made the difference. Steve made sure we knew what the tyre pressures should be, and how to reset our tyre pressure monitors in the car too. The tyres were just a tiny bit more expensive than the cheapest possible quote I could find too. Just a couple of pounds. It is not about price, and their price was still over £40 per tyre cheaper than National Tyres too.
REWARD GREAT SERVICE, AND GIVE THESE GUYS A CALL.

The Florist Cafe clean and offers Gluten Free choices.

The Florist Cafe has recently opened in the village of West Moors, near Ferndown in Dorset. We recently visited it for a coffee. The service was great and coffee good. They offered a small choice of Gluten Free items. It could be more, given the area has the highest concentration of people who need to avoid wheat in the UK, according to the local Coeliac clinic in Poole, but none the less there was a choice, which is brilliant. So, because we definately considered going back, it has to be 5 stars.
