Yodel - the silence delivery company. Never knocks just dumps it by whichever door is near on in what bin they first see - not good is it!

I read somewhere they they are trying to improve their business model - clearly not for me.....

Appalling service

"we've delivered the parcel" No you didn't. 5 times you've failed to deliver

"we left your parcel in a secure place" No you didn't. You never delivered it. We are at home all the time. I work from home

"we we're unable to deliver your parcel" Yes, you couldn't be bothered to

Our address is in plain writing is written on two of our gates and above the door of the house but you still cant deliver it.

Shocking service to say the least.

6 emails over 10 days, still nothing

I often wonder how hard can it be these days to answer an email or at least acknowledge them.

Ive been asking Ironmongery World the simplest of questions in relation to an item (8" Surface Door Bolt Polished Chrome (UD030CP08) for the last 10 days.

Cant anyone furnish me with the details Ive requested, it seems not! How very Disappointing

Currently Im standing at 18 emails and…

Currently Im standing at 18 emails and 5 phone calls to UW to sort my issue out. Ive lost count the number of times Ive given them my details. Their email system is utterly disfunctional. Its 19 now.....

this issue has now been going on for 4 weeks UW. i cant even raise a complaint with you, and when I do its another email from you asking for all the information Ive given to you time after time

I moved over from EDF as they were utterly useless. What have I let myself in for with UW.

And to your response to this UW: No, Im not emailing you any more. You have my direct phone number, you call me. Will this fiasco ever end

premium brand, but not a premium service

Its incredibly annoying when you get through to service, you explain the issue. "I'll get back to you" is the response. No one does, I call again, explain again, still no response. I then call for the third time , this time I explain to the receptionist which quite honestly has a really shirty tone with me. Premium brand does not mean premium service does it. Really disappointing service Ocean in the context of the word.

Not happy, resets passwords dont work and cant get any access

Not happy. Locked out, the portal doesn't recognise my details - no phone number to contact them. Resetting my password does not work - how the hell do I get to see my policy or even get to speak to someone direct.

Cant get into the Live chat - completely locked out! So annoying

and yes One call, I rest my email, tried different details etc etc, time after time - let me in!!!!!!!

I've been trying to speak to a member…

I've been trying to speak to a member of your UK team, not a overseas call center, for 3 hours this morning with no luck at all. This is painfull.

This is extremely disappointing and very annoying. I DONT want to speak to India.

I joined EDF many years ago to ensure that I didn't need to deal with overseas call centers. I wanted and still want a UK voice from a UK based service provider at the end of the phone.

I think they offer a good service, but adding a correct address, nope!!

i think they offer a good service, but they are totally unable to address any of my parcels to the correct address.

Parcels of mine, purchased from another companies with the my correct address, enters the DPD hub only for them to change it time after time. I've lost count the number of times my parcels have been delivered elsewhere because DPD don't apply the correct address.

DPD - Its not the on line retailer here that creates the issue, you do by changing my address everytime.

Origin Broadband - Talk, Talks white elephant

In 2021, Talk Talk took over "Origin Broadband" (please check Origins reviews on here, all negative) and are currently running is shocking business. In some respects Talk Talk emulate Origin's business format by providing shocking support on all levels. Blocked email addresses, complaint emails blocked too, and they even go the lengths of making sure their invoices remain address - less.

Talk Talk are happy to distance themselves from Origin but they run it. Based out of South Africa, keep their overheads down, with the most appalling customer support with managers that don't have the back bone to deal with complaints.

A shocking and poorly managed business where profits come first and customers come last.

Dont pass the buck Talk Talk - you're responsible

You cant rate a business thats fails every time

I would personally rate any company that answers to its critics as a company worth dealing with.

You only have to read the response or responses, in this case nil, from Origin to understand what sort of company this is. A company that doesn't give a toss about any of its customers.

Overseas call centers are in place to keep their cost down, no direct company emails, the customer complaint email never gets addressed, the list goes on and on.

As everyone else has endorsed on here, stay clear of them, dont enter into any contract with them as you'll have little or no recourse when it comes to getting out of it.

I think those who favoured a positive outcome from Origin are clearly those who are linked to the company in some way

For those of you who dont know what Origin stands for, allow me to enlighten you all.

O. Obdurate
R. Rapacious
I. Incapable
G. Grossly mismanaged
I. Incompetent
N. Neglectful

Just to let all of you reviews know, Origin Broadband trades as OB Telecom and the address within Trust Pilots listing is incorrect.

This is the correct address:-

No phone, no ticket - "buy a phone or borrow one"

What I didn't want to hear from you Viagogo was an appalling and laughable solution to my issue.

I don't want to have a smart phone or an android phone but that seems Im penalized by Viagogo because I dont have one of these.

I have a phone which dials numbers, and Im happy with that. Because of that, Im unable to add an app to receive a qr code from you to access an event next month. Your solution to that was borrow a smart phone, ha, or buy one! Your really having a laugh aren't you!

So, I now cant enter the event of which Ive purchased a non physical ticket from you and your solution to this is "buy a phone or borrow one"

You can tell just how rubbish they are, just look at all the replies on here, none - That sums them up to a tee

poor customer service

Shocking poor service, bully boy tactics and the belief that they think you want to use their services.

Try speaking to someone in the UK too. They need to re brand themselves to either

Mumbai Gas or Capetown Gas

When I signed up to a company that professes to be "British" you'd expect to at least speak to someone in the UK wouldn't you.

Ive never spoken to any UK based agent in the time i did have an account with BG

Shocking service

Shocking service, poor quality products and customer service links (Facebook/web site: Live chat link) which fall on deaf ears and are a complete waste of time.

If your looking for a company that rips young girls and women off, you'll do no better than Milly Brides. Firstly, look are their web address. Laughable! Note the (org) at the end of the web address. Something thats used on government bodies and charitable organisations. Admittedly, I didnt see this as my daughter made the purchase and she failed to notify me until it was too late.

Here's what I can tell about Milly Bridal & how they choose to operate what they term as a " BEST WEDDING DRESSES AND PROM DRESSES UK" business. Sorry folks but thats simply not the case - BE VERY VERY AWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS !!!!!!!!!

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Is that what they call it!! Don't use their Facebook messaging service as they will fob you off with a load of crap. There Live Chat appears to be answered by some with limited knowledge and again they will fob you off saying contact us via the web site.

Once you do contact them via their site, you'll get a standard automatic reply to again fob you off. Once replied it will take days for them to reply if they can be bothered at all.

RETURNS:
This is the most laughable aspect of their business. When you do open your parcel you wont find a returns labels in there so thats your first worrying point. Secondly, bearing in mind that transit times from China (Its is where the crap is made) is on average 14 days from your placed order, how on earth can you return an item in 7 days. (see there return policy)

You wont get a refund from these sharks.

Ive taken the time to post three images relating to Milly Brides. The first is the image you'll see when you do a google search on them. That should be enough to make you concerned. Just look at it. A London flat above a set of shops. ADRESS: 196 High Rd, Wood Green, London N22 8HH
Rough looking isn't it? Thats a reflection of their so called business

Im surprised that there isn't anymore Google reviews regarding these scammers but I feel rest assured that after you guys see this review you'll hopefully add one yourself.

My daughter was coned out of £100. She now has no prom dress. She's in tears and very upset. Milly Bridal continue to operate. I feel sorry for those of you who have parted with your hard earned cash.
Ive reported these sharks to UK Trading Standards and I urge all of you with a similar experience's to do so.

Im now off to pay them a direct visit but I wont be wear a dress....
