Currently Im standing at 18 emails and…

Currently Im standing at 18 emails and 5 phone calls to UW to sort my issue out. Ive lost count the number of times Ive given them my details. Their email system is utterly disfunctional. Its 19 now.....

this issue has now been going on for 4 weeks UW. i cant even raise a complaint with you, and when I do its another email from you asking for all the information Ive given to you time after time

I moved over from EDF as they were utterly useless. What have I let myself in for with UW.

And to your response to this UW: No, Im not emailing you any more. You have my direct phone number, you call me. Will this fiasco ever end
