LF (DK) har oppet sig igen og har et unikt (for DK) udvalg af brands

Jeg tilføjer hermed en ny og mere positiv anmeldelse af LF. Jeg har købt et par gange hos lookfantastick.dk igen nu, og jeg har været fuldt ud tilfreds. Hurtig levering, adgang til produkter, jeg ikke ellers kan få i DK, og mulighed for betaling med Klarna. Det er også ofte til at finde discount koder online, hvilket er rigtig rart i disse tider, hvor økonomien er lidt stram.

Jeg synes, LF har strammet op, og det er klart en platform, jeg vil handle hos fortsat, når jeg ellers finder en god discount kode.

Jeg er glad for deres udvalg af fantastiske brands som BioSance, Pureology, Living Proof, The Ordinary og mange andre.

Forslag til forbedring: Kopier Cult Beauty og giv point for produkt anmeldelser og TP anmeldelser, som kan konverteres til gode rabatter og discounts på produkter. Sådan får man loyale kunder (og jeg har handlet hos CultBeauty siden 2017, og elsker den side!)

Hvorfor “kun” 4 stjerner så? Fordi de ikke tilbyder os Danskere de samme fordele, det samme endnu bredere udvalg, billige priser, altid gratis fragt og muligheder for yderligere discounts, som de gør på deres co.uk side, som jeg startede med at handle på for mange mange år siden, før Brexit.

Passer ikke til min størrelse small krop med G+ skål

Hurtig levering, relativt nem returnering.

Toppene (købte strapless og off shoulder) virker til at være af lækker kvalitet. Desværre passede de ikke til min kropstype (str xs-s under brystet med G-H skål), så de blev returneret. XXL og XL puderne passede heller ikke ind i den indsyede BH, så ville anbefale andre at vælge M eller L puderne i stedet :)

Fin service og personlig mail fra ejer, da jeg var utilfreds med svartid på returnering.

Vil gerne give Tryless en chance en anden gang, hvis de åbner butik, pop-up store eller sælger igennem f.eks Zalando 🩷

Horrible quality and service is equally bad


I bought a phone strap for 259kr. Sadly it was faulty, and for some reason kept falling off for no apparent reason. Before I could complain, the strap fell off again while I was out grocery shopping. I wrote to them and explained what happened, but they do not want to offer a refund, not even a partial one, because the item is lost — even though it was faulty when I got it. So now I am 259 and a phone strap short 👎🏻

On top of that, the “pearls” of the phone strap were just the most horrible plastic beads which both felt and looked so cheap.

Do not buy from this brand.

Jeg modtager hver måned en forsendelse fra Irland, som er et EU land. Hver gang tager det alligevel PostNord over en uge at levere min pakke, fra den dag de modtager den. Denne måned modtog de min pakke d. 8 Juli, men jeg fik den først i går d. 25 Juli, efter at jeg havde skrevet til dem, at det var uacceptabelt, at de stoppede den, når den er sendt fra et EU land.

Kom nu PostNord! Det kan ikke være rigtigt, at de kan få den til DK fra Irland på under en uge, men det tager jer tre uger og en klage at levere den til mig..

Og før jeg overhovedet kan klage, skal jeg igennem en frustrerende proces med jeres uduelige chat-bot i appen.

The Zara shops are horrible

The Zara shops are horrible! Not enough staff at the registers/tills even in peak hours resulting in the longest lines. And then they only have one till in the shops for returns. I have sometimes been in line for over 30 minutes to return something.

The staff isn’t very friendly and the changing rooms are dirty.

Super god service <3

Jeg er kommet hos Klinik Nomo Frederiksberg siden efteråret 2023, hvor jeg får lavet lip-flip behandling med botox.

Alle på klinikken er bare super søde og yder den absolut bedste service. Jeg får som regel lavet mit lip-flip af Sophie, som bare er den mest hjertevarme og imødekommende behandler.

Kan absolut anbefale klinik Nomo på Frederiksberg!

The best thing I’ve ever done for my skin

100% fair pricing, most amazing products and they absolutely saved my skin.

I have suffered from acne most of my life (I’m 34) and since using Dermetica, my skin looks amazing. It’s glowy and radiant, and I only have the rare break out, and never in clusters as before. I am as close to “glass skin” as I have ever been. And even my acne scars have faded a lot. I use a personal treatment and all of their other products (Squalane cream cleanser, peptide/ceramide moisturiser, serums and their balm). I will be a for ever costumer, for sure! I really like the concept but….

I really like the concept. Their delivery was very speedy, and the food was very well packaged with insulating wrapping and ice packages and was still frozen when it arrived to me in Denmark from Germany. But from here it goes downhill:

Managing subscription:
They promise full control of your subscription, but I could not get access to my account to postpone delivery or even change the meals. service.

Costumer service: The only way to reach costumer service is through e-mail. And they take aaaaages to reply!

Food: quite salty and I was a bit disappointed with that the amount of veggies in some of the chosen dishes. Some of them (for example the pumpkin pasta) are basically just pasta (or noodle, rice etc.) with a few veggies pieces. With quite a few of them I also had to add tofu or similar to get some protein.

Website: It’s a nightmare. I need it in English as I don’t speak German, but the website keeps reverting to the German default. And as written above, it does t allow me to log in to my account and manage my subscription. I constantly get a 404 error when trying to activate my account (which should already be activated really).

Still waiting for a reply on e-mail and it’s been 4-5 days now!

Meh — not happy today.

Usually, I am quite happy with Grød. Today, however, I was really rather displeased with the service at Nørrebro. I ordered a mix-your-own porridge with 3 toppings. One of them was apple-porridge. But I got something like a teaspoon maximum worth of this topping and asked if I could get some more, because usually you get at least double/triple the amount I got today — and furthermore, this is like my favourite topping and the whole reason I even pay to eat porridge out instead of making at home. That was not possible without paying extra though.

Meh. If this is the amount of apple-kompost we get now, I barely see the reason to come back. :/

Ulf Henrik Sigild var meget uempatisk og nedladende i sin tilgang. Yderst uforstående over for de smerter, jeg har og havde i forbindelse med hans undersøgelse. Han viste ingen forsigtighed på trods af, at jeg nærmest skreg i smerte, men kom bare de mest nedladende og usympatiske kommentarer. Det var en meget ubehagelig oplevelse, og jeg kan bestemt ikke anbefale denne speciallæge/kirurg.

Lovely that Cult Beauty ships to Europe

I’m going to edit my review after Claire has kindly resolved my issue.

I still think international customers should be careful about ordering in large batches due to CB’s 40 day rule. (Explanation can be found later in this review)

That being said, I’m very grateful that I can get so many of my favourite brands at Cult Beauty. They ship to Denmark for free and even pay all of the customs fees etc. I’ve been a loyal customer for years now and will continue to be so. I won’t dare to buy in batches from now on however, unless they change the 40 day complaint rule due to flaws that can go by undetected when you buy in “bulk” and don’t open the products immediately.

Explanation: I bought two bottles of Paula’s choice Vitamin C serum on Black Friday. Received them in December. One I opened up immediately and the other went straight to my fridge until I had used up the first bottle.

A few months later, I saw that the second bottle had leaked all over despite never having been used or opened. Not even taken out of the package (by me anyways). It was as if it had been opened before and the sound it made when I opened the cap made me suspect it had had a bad chemical reaction or something. Contacted CB who would not help due to the 40 day complaint rule. Only when I left a review did I receive help.

Luckily, Claire has been very kind and helpful. So I’m happy.

They should own their mistake and take proper responsibility

I am really bothered by how you handle customer service when you make a mistake. 

I ordered 5 items, and two of the received items were not what I ordered. I then had spend over an hour on the chat with your customer service. The result: I am Offered a refund because the right items are not in stock, but I am also asked to return the wrong items back to you. I have to then ask for a compensation myself. I am offered £10 compensation and then I’m like, I don’t think that’s going to cover the time I have to spend on this. I have now already spent an hour on this. Then I’m offered £15 and sent a return label. I ask if it’s prepaid, and I am told it is not. I say that I think it’s only fair that the return label is prepaid. A**y from customer service then sends me a prepaid one that I now have to print out. That’s going to take me another 30 minutes since I do not own a printer and I now have to go the public library to print (which is not free by the way). Then I have to spend another 15 minutes to go to where I have to send the parcel from. All in all this is going to cost me almost 2 hours of my time, the cost of printing, and all I get is 15£ as compensation… on top of that, I am, at first, told that the refund will be made after you have received the return. I then have to make it very clear that that is not OK with me because I can not order the items I need somewhere else until I have my money back. In the end, your customer service promises to request for an early refund which I really do think is only fair since the mistake is your own.

To me, it seems obvious that a compensation, immediate refund and a pre-paid return label is the bare minimum of good customer service when you are the ones who have made a mistake! Not something I as a customer have to explicitly ask for. If you had had any hope of keeping me as a customer, who would dare to by from you again after this mistake you should just have offered a refund and told me to keep the wrong items so I did not have to spend so much time on fixing your f*** up. But the time and inconvenience of this is enough to make me never dare to shop with you again.

I will return the wrongly received items, of course as I am an honest person, but I am never shopping with you again as this has proven to cost me way too much of my precious time for a mistake that is not even my own.

Ideen med Koro er gået tabt

Det er altså gået hen og blevet for dyrt. I starten var det super fedt at handle der, fordi jeg kunne købe i bulk til lidt billigere penge end ellers. Men nu koster alting meget mere, og jeg skal ovenikøbet lægge en ordre på mindst 700 kr. for at få gratis fragt. Så ryger hele ideen ligesom. Og mange af de varer, jeg ville købe, findes billigere andre steder, og så endda økologisk. Nu kan jeg lige så godt købe varerne et andet sted.

Fra tidligere ordre kan jeg sige: Det har været god kvalitet, hurtig levering og fin service. Men det er ikke unikt, og det samme findes hos de fleste andre digitale "helsekost" butikker :)

Ikke en god oplevelse, desværre.

Købte et par sneakers som var for små under Corona nedlukningen. Det var hammer besværligt og dyrt at returnere skoene, da jeg selv skulle printe returlabel, hvilket man ikke kunne, da alt var lukket og jeg ikke selv havde en printer. Skrev en anmeldelse herinde, som var sober i tonen, men hvori jeg pointerede, at returnering er alt for besværligt (især under corona) og dyrt.

Det gjorde jeg som feedback til shoppen, så de kunne tænke over dette i fremtiden, og for at advare andre kunder, om at dette skulle de lige have in mente.

Munk Store valgte at slette mit review, under påstand om, at det brød TrustPilots regler. Men dem har jeg nu læst igennem, og der var altså ingen regler brudt. Det synes jeg er meget dårlig stil.

Svar: Trustpilot skrev til mig, at butikken havde anmodet om at få anmeldelsen slettet under påstand om, at den brød med reglerne. Så det tjekkede jeg selvfølgelig, men kunne ikke se, at nogle regler var brudt, eftersom jeg forholdte mig til egen købsoplevelse mm.

Men fedt, at I har gjort det lettere siden :)
