At the Frederiksberg branch: Food is good, service is borderline rude.
Slamming doors when they go outside for breaks. Chipped bowls and dirty glasses. No apologies for dirty service, if anything the server seemed annoyed with me for politely requesting a new glass

Usually, I am quite happy with Grød. Today, however, I was really rather displeased with the service at Nørrebro. I ordered a mix-your-own porridge with 3 toppings. One of them was apple-porridge. But I got something like a teaspoon maximum worth of this topping and asked if I could get some more, because usually you get at least double/triple the amount I got today — and furthermore, this is like my favourite topping and the whole reason I even pay to eat porridge out instead of making at home. That was not possible without paying extra though.

Meh. If this is the amount of apple-kompost we get now, I barely see the reason to come back. :/

Our employees love the instantgrød! They can come into the office and eat a tasty breakfast at their desk while checking their morning emails. It's great brain food and keeps my colleagues full and satisfied until lunchtime.

At Grød in Frederiksberg: It took 30 minutes to get coffee, another 10 to get our juices. Still waiting for our açai bowls, and two couples in front of us are still waiting for their orders, too and have asked if they’ve been forgotten. But someone who appears to be either a coworker or friend of employees got their order just a couple minutes after sitting down. Not a busy day, no Wolt orders holding up the kitchen, just really, really poor service from staff who are mostly standing around. Haven’t seen any orders come out of the kitchen in 15 minutes.

Well ...food is ok, not my style, and a bit overpriced for the simple dishes it is. I am sure many will enjoy it though.

Never tasted risotto this good!
And they have a vegan chocolate milk shake! So good !
I will really recommend anyone to try this place.
Great service and really fair prices to.
