Amazing communication and fantastic over the phone support.
The only reason for not giving a 5 star was the delivery option. getting carpet to your driveway / kerbside delivery is probelematic. Delivery was £79 as well. If you could have delivered indoors then 5 star plus would have been my rating.
I will defo consider in the future

UPDATE (Jan 2022) - Pitiful response below from Blackcircles. I've subsequently used 'tyreshopper'. Tyres delivered on time and fitted by the local branch of National Fitters. Defo recommend National.
Terrible service pretty much from start to finish
Ordered All Season tyres to be fitted at a third party near me, Visited local garage, tyres had not been delivered. Complained to Black circles, received £10 discount and rearranged a delivery and install date.
The day before the new install, i received a cancellation email. No reason why. I subsequently cancelled my order and received no communication from Blackcircles as to an apology etc. Overall time lost circa 3 weeks and i'm still left with no tyres.

We will look into the details of your order and the communications between you from ourselves and also with our garage/supply partners, to establish where we have failed and how we can avoid this in the future.
Very easy to deal with. No hard sell to take other services.
Only issue some might have is that the buyer can continue to message you after the sale with questions that would normally be answered (or ignored) by a traditional estate agent. Advantage though is that, seller and buyer can continuously liaise and speed up the process where possible.
Would use again!

I used HoldenSmith for the sale of a property (Dec 21).
