I'm quite rough on outdoor jackets but Berghaus repair them for free instead of them going to the bin. This is the main reason I buy their stuff. The jackets last well and stay waterproof too. If I had one criticism the string pockets in the ghlas neoprene jacket are terrible.
I am the owner of a cavalier called Summer, rescued from a puppy farm. I have used Wilson's for years. In June 2025 I was shocked to see an image of a cavalier with a docked tail (an illegal and barbaric practice) being used to advertise Wilson's loyalty club. I contacted Wilson's who assured me the image would be changed. In October 2025 they are still using the image of a cavalier with a docked tail (still illegal and barbaric). I have changed to another company that genuinely puts dog welfare first.
Edit So the image has now been changed as of 28 Oct. The image of the dog with the docked tail used for marketing has now been docked! Here is the reply I got from them back on 7 Jun when I first asked.
"I have shared the image with our marketing team, who will update the image as soon as possible, but please be aware that this may take a little time."
It took one day to change after a bad review on trust pilot. Make of that what you will.

At Wilsons we take the welfare of dogs extremely seriously and absolutely do not condone tail docking for cosmetic reasons. That said however, we also do not discriminate against dogs who have had to have their tails docked for medical reasons - in line with UK law. We believe all dogs deserve to be celebrated, even those with disabilities or 'imperfections', like the beautiful Cavalier King Charles Spaniel highlighted in your initial email to us.
In any case, we have adjusted the image of the Cavalier so that it doesn't cause any further upset to you, but I do hope that this helps to clarify why the image wasn't changed when you first contacted us. Arrived on time, well packaged. CPU already fitted in motherboard and booted up with no drama.

I have a sonik bedchair and broke a buckle on it trying to fold it up wrong. I contacted Sonik to ask if I could buy a replacement and received the buckle for free by first class post. The chair is really comfy too.

I cancelled my car insurance after 4 months having paid the year in full. I received nothing back from one click as the refund had a cancellation fee £50, a brokers fee £43, an insurance fee £28 and a discount (no idea what for) £49 were all subtracted from the balance. If you are certain you will not have to make changes this company may suffice. Otherwise I would suggest avoiding online only brokers like one click like the plague.
