I have two small dogs, both of whom have sensitive tummies, one more than the other and can be quite poorly. They rarely enjoy the same food either so it’s been hell trying to find food to suit both their tummies and their taste buds! Wilson’s wet food pouches are excellent. Both dogs love the food and it suits them both too. They wait at my feet for it now which they’ve never done before and it’s so lovely to see. The customer service I’ve had so far has been second to none too. They have gone out of their way to help so I have absolutely no complaints at all, only praise for an excellent food and company. Thank you and please don’t ever change!

The pity is that the food itself seems good and our dog enjoyed it. The problem is the packaging - on one occasion two of the packs had 'blown' and had expanded about to leak, so were dumped. The next delivery revealed a wet and greasy mess in the box affecting 3 sachets of food which had burst/leaked and were discarded and which ooozed gravy over the countertop and floor. Writing to advise by email, I did get a reply - 3 days later - which was in my view slow. A refund was indeed offered but now looking at feedback I can see that delivery arrangement difficulties and spoiled goods are not uncommon so I have cancelled my order. It is a shame as its a good product, let down by courier delivery and quite lethargic customer service. Certainly not a cheaper option either.

I tried the salmon flavour. My dog was not in the least interested no matter what we tried. He is not a picky eater.
I contacted customer service but a chocolate tea pot comes to mind.

My Frenchie has allergies and i used to make his food but i didn't think he was getting the nutrition he needed then i found wilsons and after looking at the ingredients and the different choices i decided to try it,he's absolutely thriving on it,he sits waiting for it,it's full of the goodness he needs as well as it having plenty of meat in every bag,he also has plenty of choice as i buy 5 different varieties, even the vet noticed the difference in his skin, and last but not least(his poos)They are small and firm. All in all i am 100% satisfied .Thankyou Wilsons.I forgot to add that he has been having this food for about 3 month now. Also customer service is brillant, always there if i need them

I am the owner of a cavalier called Summer, rescued from a puppy farm. I have used Wilson's for years. In June 2025 I was shocked to see an image of a cavalier with a docked tail (an illegal and barbaric practice) being used to advertise Wilson's loyalty club. I contacted Wilson's who assured me the image would be changed. In October 2025 they are still using the image of a cavalier with a docked tail (still illegal and barbaric). I have changed to another company that genuinely puts dog welfare first.
Edit
So the image has now been changed as of 28 Oct. The image of the dog with the docked tail used for marketing has now been docked! Here is the reply I got from them back on 7 Jun when I first asked.
"I have shared the image with our marketing team, who will update the image as soon as possible, but please be aware that this may take a little time."
It took one day to change after a bad review on trust pilot. Make of that what you will.

My dogs liked it, but quite a lot is wasted when you get near the bottom of the sack as the pellets crumbles to powder and your losing a good few feed and its too costly not to be able to feed the whole amount from the sack, so sadly I have stopped buying it because of this reason.

I will soon be changing to the new cold-pressed food thanks to some very helpful advice from Tasha.
Biscuit/kibble feed is not suitable for my enthusiastic foodie collie as she doesn’t bother chewing, the kibble foods go down whole!
Wilsons Cold-Pressed sounds just what I’m looking for!

Bought a few weeks supply of the pouches. Dogs loved them, I think the ingredients are great quality. One pouch burst in transit, emailed to tell them and Tasha quickly offered me either a refund or code to replace the pouch. Very happy with the food and the customer service.

I changed my address on their system. This doesn’t pull through to past subscriptions so when I then reinstated the old order it did so to my old address.
I phoned them and left a message.
Twice.
No response.
Once after the initial email from them when I realised the address was wrong and then again after DPD emailed to say they were delivering it.
I emailed them twice after each time the phone wasn’t answered.
No response.
I rang them twice more on the day of delivery.
No response.
I emailed them again.
No response.
As the customer I can’t change the address so I needed Wilson’s to do so.
I tried to push back the delivery from DPD but despite receiving an email from DPD to delay it it got delivered.
So the delivery went to my old address because I had no response from Wilson’s to 4 phone calls and three emails until it was too late.
In this day and age when the delivery is 24-48 hours they have a responsibility to answer their emails and answerphone within a reasonable time. This wasn’t done.
I did eventually receive a response but it was too late. The response helpfully said it’s my responsibility to check the address. I don’t doubt this. I also think they have a duty to answer the phone or the email within a short time period.
And so I am now responsible for a 3 hour round trip to pick up the food I didn’t want delivered to my old address.
I realise it is my responsibility to check the address when ordering, I would also say that if the address is changed and it doesn’t pull through there’s a hole in their systems that needs patching.
I don’t think their response time matches their delivery time which is ironic.
Anyway time for a podcast or two in the car….

I’ve fed Wilson’s to my older dogs for a few years now, I’ve raised puppies on their food and never had any issues when weaning onto their white fish premium. Wilsons was the only food one of my dogs could tolerate after Bloat surgery. My dogs are prone to allergies and I find this food helps to combat smelly ears, weepy eyes and red inflamed skin. I’ve tried every supplement going and nothing helped until I made the switch to this food.
Customer service is first class, I have on the odd occasion had an issue with damaged deliveries, which they have resolved swiftly for me.

Not only does my very fussy dog love the food which in itself is the highest compliment but the customer service is excellent, friendly and extremely responsive. Would highly recommend Wilson. Tasha was excellent and very personal and you can tell she is a dog lover

On 3rd box now and Luna loving all the flavours. Lots of lovely chunks of real meat and offal, not all mushy like some brands. Ease of storage a big bonus too.

My dogs loved the dry food, and I found them very helpful with any questions. My only issue is all the dust at the bottom of the bag, unless your prepared to sieve out the pellets, it’s a bit of a waste.

I had some problems with some subscriptions but one call to customer services sorted it all out very efficiently. My dog has adjusted to Wilson’s now and seems better as far as her anal gland issues and digests the food very well. No more runny poop.

We contacted Wilson's as we needed to change the selection we had on subscription. Tasha was very helpful and recommended a selection that would be suitable for our dog.

I’m just getting started with Wilson dog food. Have had some confusion about delivery dates. Talked with Tasha and she went out of her way to a delivery here on time. Nice company, good food, dog very happy.

I have reciently discovered Wilson’s through advertisement on Facebook. I decided I liked the look of their product and believed it was a high quality dog food. My Great Dane has been enjoying the wet meat pouches over cold pressed dry food. I didn’t think she could get any shinier, but she has. It’s very gentle on her sensitive digestion system and everything is working the best it ever has for her! Their customer service is fantastic and very helpful if you need them too. Inka and I are very impressed and leave both a five star and five paw review 🐾🌟

I unfortunately received an empty box not sure what happened but Wilson were very quick to sort it out so I have another box on the way so very happy with that! As I haven't got the food yet I can't comment on it yet!

Great customer service which is to be highly commended. My four lurchers love the food (beef Working Dog)and are all looking great on it. A big plus is also that it’s UK made.
