Review of OVO

Zero Online service or support.

With an app which has precisely ZERO functionality to submit meter readings, etc. but just informs you that your "switch is in progress" one year on from switching from SSE; and, with a website that just says "Oops! Something went wrong" but does absolutely nothing else - what is the point of this company?!???

SSE were bad, but OVO are ridiculous.

You've had over a year since merging SSE, no excuses, fix your services.

I'm sorry you don't have the full functionality of the app at the moment. It sounds like there might be a technical issue preventing this.
