Really good all round account

Instant updates on spend are great to knowing what goes in and out. The split bill and request money feature is fast and seamless.
Great interest rates on savings too with no minimum or maximum withdrawals or deposits.
Customer service has always been friendly and helpful.

Great prices and service

Games are always at a very competitive price and customer service are very friendly and prompt in responding. The only issue I had a couple of times is games not arriving for release but I'm aware this is due to the postal service.
The points system is a nice touch offering good discounts once you build up enough!

Great selection of plants to brighten up your living space at a great price, customer services are amazing and dealt with my query in a speedy way.

The plants are healthy, lush and vibrant and came with good care instructions.

I have always had a pleasant shopping experience with The Game Collection, prices are always reasonable, games have always arrived on release day and the rewards system always gives a good boost off the price after a few purchases. On top of that every time I've needed customer service they have always been quick to respond, polite and resolve any queries. Great shopping experience all around! Thank you

Incredibly tasty and aromatic coffee

The couple of times I bought from Java hub the coffee has been amazing and shipping very prompt, the only reason for giving it a 4 is the price per gram is quite high but I won't complain because you pay for quality!

Terrible customer service

Generally I have a good experience with them but this is the first time in 5 years I needed customer service support for a lost item and it was abysmal, I appreciate it is challenging times for all involved, but an item that is not delivered and a claim is filed and over a month later there is no response its just bad! Would have preferred to deal with them directly but had to go through a charge back request with my credit card provider. Certainly shakes my faith in them as a company being able to deal with things when they go wrong.

Xbox series x with no gamepass

Ordered the series x, and despite trying to cancel where a assistant tried a lot to help it it was still delivered today and decide to keep it but when i opened it no game pass or code via email. Called customer services who had me in hold for a full hour then hung up.


Can you please refund the price of the gamepass and I'll get it from somewhere else!

I wanted to update this with, despite being on the phone for over an hour which isn't the operators fault, she went above and beyond to rectify this issue! Thank you!

Breaking the law on cancellation policies

I'm tired of posting reviews on very, somehow i never learn thinking next time they will be better. I ordered an item on the 22nd of September and have been trying to cancel it ever since, even after calling i was told they cannot cancel the order because they had booked the courier. Im sorry that's a load of crap if the item isn't too be delivered until November 10th. The law sates you have the right to cancel an order up until it is dispatched and then 14 to 28 days after. STOP TRYING TO ROB PEOPLE!

VERY...bad!

Purchased an item yesterday that is not due for release for another 50 days and requested cancellation 5 times if not more but item not cancelled, how can you not be able to cancel it "due to speed of packing" when stock isnt even available yet! Last time I use them ever again!

A week later still trying to cancel, I'm sure there is a breach in consumer rights here somewhere.

Customer service finally respond

After my previous review, customer services finally resolved the issue, unfortunately the flight voucher was issued a month prior and i was not told. I want to thank the custom service rep for their assistance in getting that to me. I wish i didnt have to resort to a negative review to get something done.

First time I use them and Last

First time I use them and probably last.
While I understand the situation is difficult on all business due to covid-19, waiting over 4 months for a refund is beyond a joke. I contacted KLM who said I have to deal with the travel agency i.e Trip.com and my insurance won't act because i keep getting a standardised response that is as copy and paste as you can get with "we apologise for the inconvenience" its gone past an inconvenience now and has become an issue that has to be resolved.
Don't use them, saving the £20 off the airline price wasn't worth the grief. Please try to understand, as business are struggling now for cash, so are people.

If i can give them a minus score i…

If i can give them a minus score i would, ordered item today 16/5 says won't deliver til 11/6, found the item elsewhere for cheaper tried to cancel keep getting a message saying "due to the speed we pack and dispatch our products cancellation may not be possible" the item is not due in over 3 weeks what speed are your talking about.. I'm sure they are breaking some laws here by stopping you from cancelling. This isn't a first time they always avoid cancelling an order is a joke.. Avoid at all costs

Incredibly Unreliable

Each time i have a ordered the delivery is uncertain, then a with short notice its being delivered. Unable to get deliveries to work address and tell me they have notified courier alternative instructions, but courier state they got nothing and "the retailer doesnt allow change of delivery address" even though customer services said you can or they have changed it.

Recently ordered a new bed and frame with old frame removal, first it was 24 hours delivery, then it was 15th of Jan then 7th of Feb, then i get a message this morning saying item will be delivered today causing me to take a day off work but when delivery firm arrives they state they weren't booked for collecting the old bed.. messaged customer services, passed through to several agents with the final one saying i will get a confirmation for collection but nothing arrived. Really Unreliable, despite having paid for delivery and collection my old mattress and bed are still here and I have zero idea when and if they will turn up to collect that or refund my £35 (which is more expensive than the council) fee for collection and disposal.

Clothes are of great quality

Clothes are a great quality although on the pricey side but I guess you pay for quality. Staff in the Newcastle store were friendly and extremely helpful.
