I felt the call could have been condensed more regarding the time it takes and the information required by yourselves . The benefits of being IAM or ROSPA qualified were not established or any discount benefits offered as against your competitors

At a retirement age I am not totally switched on to some computer systems software and loss of data which needed restoring ! I found the staff extremely helpful and totally committed to giving and responding to the customer needs which I found refreshing. The fee is well justified and would recommend this company without hesitation. Yes they resolved my problems and I feel I’ve met and got no future hang ups in ring them

Went here to get some swimming gear together with my grandson . The choice was limited due to shelves being restocked but we found the wet suit he wanted with some help of the staff . The young lady that served us was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about the products . W could not find the fins he wanted so this lady stepped in and checked availability in other stores and found one set for my grandson - ore ordered them for collection within an hour and lead us to the till to pay . She was the assets every one needs in business and on the shop floor !!! She cared and excelled in her duties well done to the lady in Stockport branch - sorry I did not get her name . So secret is if not on the shelf !! Then ask
