Katrina needs a promotion!

Katrina, highly impressed me with how she handled my appointment. She immediately knew who I was even though I hadn't spoken to them in a while and efficiently dealt with the booking. Very customer focused, friendly and efficient. We need more Katrina's please!

Batteries keep dying and worst support…

Batteries keep dying and worst support ever. Took months to get replacement under warranty and they sent a dud which was even worse than the one it was replacing. Emove cruiser is supposed to have 50miles+ range. With last battery is went to less than 5 miles. With the replacement they sent it's now less than 2 miles. Also they kept asking me to do dangerous engineering checks with a voltmeter inside the electrics, when I told them I am not qualified and have no idea what I'm doing. I almost killed myself in the process. Luckily no permanent damage! Now they want me to pay to send them the whole scooter back to a place far outside of London and they are quoting such a long list of charges that I can't fully understand them or even fit them on a page. Very disappointed with Voro Motors and I will be raising a formal complaint.

scary booking system failure - looked like scam..(but wasn't in the end)

Ok seems I was wrong, it wasn't a scam, just looked like one a lot, so upgrading from 1 star back to 3 but for reference this was my original review based on the fact their site left me in a very scary situation for a while, i.e. their booking system completely failed:

"Scam, booked a return flight with specific times for specific price, they took payment, then instead of issueing a booking as I expected, immediately after they took the payment it switched to an "enquiry" input form screen!

They then saying they will contact me to book a "package holiday", which is totally not what I paid for.

Outrageous and deceitful.

I will be prosecuting via small claims unless this is resolved."

Irwin Mitchell - a dream team for family law

Irwin Mitchell are outstanding family lawyers. I just wish I had found them earlier. They have a very impressive knowledge of the law, are extremely well organized, proactive, with a strategic approach. Irwin Mitchell are really in your corner and looking out for their client's best interests. They are not the cheapest but you get excellent value and they are always looking for how to do things as efficiently as possible.

My case was managed by Alison Hawes and Carrie Stoneham. They are not just brilliant lawyers but they have a very positive outlook, impressive social skills and go out of their way to try to understand their clients and go beyond expectations in making us feel like we are their only client.

I have worked with a number of lawyers for a variety of reasons along the years and I can honestly say that Irwin Mitchell produced some of the most impressive results I have ever seen.

A dream team. So grateful to have found them. Hire them, you won't regret it.
