After browsing comparison sites for my campervan insurance just to gauge the price, I had my renewal invitation from performance direct and it's was cheaper than I found anywhere else, so I went ahead and renewed and it was very straightforward to do again.
Would recommend for price and ease of use of the website.

I went on to a chat and spoke to Sam who was very helpful in helping me to find the correct part for my bike. Once ordered I was kept well informed of the delivery.
Part now fitted and a little ride and all seems good, I am going out the weekend for a good ride so hopefully all will be good.

Good service and parcels arrived at times stated.

Hastings had the cheapest quote for my bike and as I already have my car insured with them and never had any issues I went ahead and insured my bike with them also.

Booked a few times through cottages before and always find the site easy to use, good prices plus I had a discount voucher to use, bonus.

Good service, booked on line arrived on time for my eye test and the team were very efficient. Chose new glasses as my prescription had change was given a collection date the following week again arrived on time tried on my new glasses which didn't need any alterations. I asked if anyone was available to take a look at an in growing eye lash I have and after a 30 minute wait they managed to remove it. Good service all round.

Advertising stock which they dont have, asked for a refund and they replied saying that the order has been dispatched when it clearly wasn't as no tracking information was given.
No apologies just kept getting fobbed off, finally received order after asking to cancel 3 times 2 and a half weeks after original purchase date.
Extremely bad customer service wouldn't recommend and would never use again.

All good, was kept well informed throughout and the delivery was within the time given.

Had my car Moted here and Lewis the guy who tested it was very helpful from when I arrived and during the test he informed me of a couple of minor faults that will need doing before my next mot.
Friendly and helpful staff recommend this centre.

Ive never had a bad experience with Hermes, the drivers are always friendly when I see them and if not my parcels are always left in my designated safe place.

We were greeted by a member of staff and then left to browse around the shop, before we were approached again where upon we were ready to enquire about sofas that we were interested in, we were giving details on availability delivery etc as well as total cost and ways to pay. Transaction was straight forward and took no time at all, we have been kept informed on our order so far, so no doubt will be contact when it will be delivered.

Nice easy website to navigate around good information on products quick discrete posting. And most of all my wife loves her new toy and wishes that we would've got one sooner.

Very fast click and collect service only taking 10 minutes before I could collect my tools staff friendly and knowledgeable. Recommended.

My partner and I were looking for a new sled type bed and looked in the usual furniture stores, we were quite disappointed in the quality of their beds. So we returned to Bensons as we found the quality looked and felt far better. However the price was higher than others that we had previously looked at, the staff were not pushy and were very helpful in assisting us, we are both very happy with our purchase. thank you
