Shocking delivery service

Shocking delivery service. Received a WhatsApp message and email stating delivery by DHL would be between 1010 and 1210 and a signature would be needed, due this I arranged for the parcel to be delivered to a nearby neighbour. By 2pm no sign of parcel so I contacted Reliable Medicare and was told the drivers slightly late but would be there by 3pm, by 3.20pm I called them again and said this was totally unacceptable, the cost of the delivery is not cheap and I'd inconvenienced my neighbour who had been waiting since 1010 for this parcel, I was advised somebody would call me back, Nobody did !!
Eventually the parcel arrived approx 3.50pm with no apology and No signature was asked for!!
This was an awful delivery service and customer service, not to call me back.

Harvester The Fort

Attended the Harvester at The Fort, Birmingham to celebrate my husband’s birthday with friends.
The food was awful, the chicken was over cooked and dry, so was the steak.
My friend had to keep asking for her drink which was only coke as she was driving, eventually it arrived but it was flat, they gave her another one which was the same, eventually after waiting ages they told her the machine was broke, so she had lemonade.
The female staff member never smiled once, she was so sullen and miserable.
Absolute awful evening.

The 1 star is because I’ve just tried…

The 1 star is because I’ve just tried to cancel my dogs plan which I was put on automatically, instead of giving me the option to order the food as and when I needed it and a box has come telling me I have to call them if I wish to cancel. I don’t see why I need to call them, it’s my choice if I want to continue to feed my dog on this dog food, I shouldn’t have to call and explain my decision. Won’t be recommending this food to anybody.

Sherry was extremely pleasant, she explained everything as we completed every section of the will. She constantly asked if we had any questions or if there was anything we didn’t understand.
I was a bit concerned about making a will over the phone, but I would highly recommend Sovereign Planning.

Just placed an order for the first time and couldn’t believe the prices, what excellent value for money. One of the colours we ordered I’d previously bought from a well know DIY store and it was double the price.
I’ll definitely be ordering from Sprayster in the future and telling family and friends about them.

Great experience from start to finish.

I've just completed my first diploma and it was a great experience. It was great knowing there was no pressure to get the course completed within a certain time. I didn't have to wait long between each module to get my results. Communication was excellent and the course was good value for money. I've learnt so much by completing the diploma. I would highly recommend.

Good Customer care service

Since posting my review, Tractive contacted me immediately with a full explanation regarding why I didn't receive a reply to my email and messages, which I fully understand now it's been explained to me. They dealt with my issue straight away even though it's a weekend and they wouldn't normally deal with returns on weekends. I would like to thank them for their apology and explanation and for dealing with the return of my tracker on a weekend.


I purchased a tractive for a dog we were adopting from abroad. Unfortunately the adoption wasn’t successfully due to no fault of our own and the tractive arrived on 18/6/20. So I’ve far sent an email, a message via their customer page and a message via FB over the last 3 day’s and still no reply on how or where I can send item back for a refund. The email was read on the 18/6/20 and No reply. This has made an already upsetting situation of not being able to adopt the dog much worse by having a tracker still in unopened box in my house, plus their 14 day’s returns policy is running out with their delays to communicate.

It's sad, that the adoption did not work.

Please keep in mind, that we are located in Austria and currently only provide service during our business times - that are on Friday until 14:00 CEST.
You did contact us on Thursday evening - and as we do receive a higher amount of request we were not able to get in touch with you so far. As you did not create a subscription yet we can't provide you a PREMIUM customer service at the moment.

But for such cases the 14 days return period will extend of course - so no worries about that.
I'm happy to tell you, that your request was ranked higher now - and you'll receive an answer soon.

Inadequate Changing Room Facilities

Went to Resort World, Birmingham just to go to the Trespass shop with the intention of buying a couple of pairs of walking trousers and possibly any other garments. I had approximately 6 items to try on and went to the changing room which was just one large room that looked onto the shop with only a curtain to give you any privacy. When I tried to pull the curtain across it was too small so there was a gap either side of curtain, so anybody in the shop could have looked in whilst you were trying items on, I immediately left the room and complained to staff who agreed with me and said they were sorry, I said it's not good enough and handed over the items I had planned to try on. I can't fault the staff member who was very polite and apologetic.
